Use to be my go to place. Last several visits have been disappointing. Wait staff makes it seem like it's a burden to be waited on. Not a pleasant experience. I am generally a very good tipper. I miss having great customer service. We work very hard and going out for great food and good service seems to be a thing of the past. Chilis you can do better.

The only reason for my visit was to pick up a molten lava cake on my way through mt.vernon to fairfield. They didnt include any utensils with my order. I cannot eat ice cream and cake with my hands. When i drove off and opened the container the cake was raw/cold/not cooked. There was no molten chocolatey goodness ive been craving. There was a hard cold lump of chocolate in the middle of a cold piece of cake. I was so disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated which I am ok with. Once seated in a booth, with less than half full restaurant, the bartender walked by and stated "I will get with you when I can" she was to busy at the bar to wait on us. She finally came back 20 minutes later for our order, we declined, she ask if we wanted to speak to the manager, we still declined, we didn't want to cause a scene since it was my spouses birthday... Won't be back..

Ordered to go and I must say this place honestly is absolutely horrible. The price for 8 wings was over $13!!! The ranch was watered down and the put it in with the wings. Was going to save it for later, ranch spoils after heated not the same anymore? Ordered the Texas loaded fries, and literally walked next store to the truck stop to find it was cold cheese not melted at all and the price was $6.99 for a half or 15.99 for whole? Does that make any sense at all? Lastely the Queso was definitely not real queso and or watered way down. I worked in a Mexican restaurant before and real queso is thicker and has a great taste. So all that 8 piece wings half fries and a side or queso was over $26 and I tipped to $30. Absolutely horrible food for the price. We know food be expensive out on the road as truckers but this is definitely ridiculous. To think I was going to get some decent food. That is why the prices are not on the online menu because they will scare u away. You've been warned. Last time had the ribeye and ordered medium rare... was not tender or juicy at all like they picked the worse cheapest ribeye they could find to charge you $30. Tbh main reason I never eat here since I was a kid to think the quality has changed no way! Stick to Texas roadhouse they know how to make good food, even IHOP but chili's should be last on your list. Never again.

The food was terrible. Spent $65 minus tip for two people. Each had one drink mixed. Everything was cold . Fries, loaded mashed potatoes cheese was not even melted. Honey crispers were cold and very little meat mostly breading. Lemon pepper wings cold. The only thing good was our waitress… Dnae. She was very good at asking to make sure we had everything and all. Did not complain to her as not her problem it was a kitchen issue. She was great !!!!! Not busy at all no reason for food to be cold as should not have been sitting !

The 3 for me promotion was delicious. I got so much delicious food for $10.99. The young lady who took care if us was very professional and so kind. She was aware of us traveling and made things go quickly.

The food we ordered was caesar salad, all the letchice was in bad condition, horrible! Thanks to the excellent waitress, we solved the problem: the quality of the food was very poor, it is not Abtes Chilis!

I specifically came for fried pickles only to find out they took it off the menu. I was so disappointed. So we ordered the 16 boneless wings with House BBQ.. another disappointment. They were cold, and the sauce did not taste great. Lastly, we had the Skillet Cookie with ice cream.. it was ok, but it was not anywhere near a Subway cookie, and everyone knows Subway cookies are the absolute best, lol. Unfortunately, we will not ever visit a Chili's again. I'm still on the hunt for fried pickles.
