The food and service was wonderful. However the whole place needs a deep clean. It's not filthy but dusty and needs a good scubbing. The lattice work on the walls need to be cleaned, the mirrors and decorations all need cleaning. Eating in a less than clean environment is never appetizing. Housekeeping gets a 1 and whoever managed Housekeeping doesn't get mush higher.
We did not have a great experience. It took about 35-40 minutes to get our food. Our food didn’t come out correctly. Never received our biscuits & gravy. When the manager came up the first time, very snotty. The second time came up in a much better tone & took off $20 from our bill. Being a manager myself, expected better from the manager in the beginning.

Surprisingly, this time the food was not delivered as ordered. I ordered scrambled eggs, but they brought them fried hard, with grill browning on both sides. My back n was cold and hard, on the verge of becoming cracklings. So disappointing.

We did so enjoy our dinner. Our waitress, Peyton, was wonderful! She was professional and made us feel like family. She was able to take all our orders with a smile on her face. Everything was served efficiently and in a friendly manner! We WILL be back because of Peyton!
