Last two times I went there, tonight being the last ever, gave me sweet tea(diabetic) pulled forward and never got my food. Same thing happened last time. Stay away !

Mt. Vernon IL store, absolutely nasty! First of all, $25 for 8 peices of chicken...ONLY...NO SIDES!!! . THEN, it was so grease soaked, the skin was literally falling off of it. I ended was up throwing 4 peices in the trash. They need shut down.
If we wanted the extra crispy, we could only have dark meat. If we wanted original reicepy, we could only get white meat! Then, when we asked for extra sauce, we were only given 1 extra, and when asked for more, they refused, didn't even give us the option to pay for extra!! They rushed us when taking our order as if we were disrupting them even though they didn't close for another 5 hours!!!! I'm not happy and will not be going to that particular restaurant again!!

Way overpriced for what you're getting. Was around lunchtime and other places where to crowded so we went to KFC parking lot was empty except for the employees cars .we thought it was closed. Ordered takeout got home, and it wasn't anything like we wanted. Such small servings we had to make something else to go along with it. FYI, don't order the nuggets. good flavor, but it's not nuggets more like popcorn chicken. You can get twice as much from Walmart at half the price
