We have been here several times & its usually pretty good... except this time. Both soups we got were kind of warm & tasted like water with potatoes in it & the broc/chz you couldnt tell it was cheese except for the color. The girl at counter seemed overwhelmed & helped 2 refill people ahead of me when i had been in line for 13

Good food had the beef spud and the ultimate nachos and even a side of Mac n cheese! The folks were kind and courteous service was well within time and a very good Christmas atmosphere for this time of year!

Would have given a zero if that was an option. Took forever for food & then it was cold. Very few tables clean. Terribly understaffed. Go to McDonalds instead!!!

Third time, and last time, I’ve stopped here to eat. Each time the service is LOUSY and unprofessional. Not your normal McAlisters. Restaurant is dirty and unkept. Sooo disappointing.

Horrible service and food We placed an Online order through the App and it allowed us to order items that weren't available. We arrived early to pick up our order and had to choose a replacement for one item that was available on the app but not in the store. . Also potatoes would not be ready for 45 minutes. From the time we ordered, until we got our food, was over 40 minutes and then if it couldn't get wide, our hot sandwiches were cold?! WTF?
