Wife and I decided we wanted Pizza Hut pizza. Drove 18 miles. Got seated got our drinks. We waited and waited. Others came in after us. They got wings. Some got pizza. After a customer got their large pizza the wife an I got flustered. Now it’s and hr waiting on our Order from apple bees. Just got to our table. Next time we will go to Carlyle.

Deep pan pizza was good and hot, service was not good us and 2 other tables in whole store and we had to fill out own drinks and then they wanted to tell us we weren't supposed to do that ??

We've traveled the world.....but for this review we're looking at stateside. We've ordered pizza to go hundreds of times delivered to our hotel from Pizza Hut. Our Pizza is delivered in a card board box.....nothing comes with it, except a box with pizza.Here we are in Mount Vernon, Illinois......Called their local "Pizza Hut" and ordered our usual supreme pizza to be delivered to our hotel. Pizza delivered......in our 58 years of marriage, traveling and we seem to support Pizza Hut with at least one hotel meal. We have always received our pizza in the cardboard box. DONE...nothing eles.Thank You, Pizza Hut of Mount Vernon, you are the FIRST to deliver to a our HOTEL a piping hot pizza, PLATES and NAPKINS in 58 years !!!!!!WOW, THANK YOU Mount VernonPizza Hut. Paper plates and napkins are important when you're in a hotel with nothing. Yes, we have requested them when we order but never seem tobe included......TWODAYS

Drove from Whittington to Pizza Hut to get a pizza and pasta on my way home to bluford. In the ice and snow. Took an hour to get here I walk in and she says she cancelled my order because it took to long to pick it up…oh sorry I didn’t drive 50 miles and hour on slick roads to grab the pizza. Not only that 8 cars were wrecked on the way up. I drove all the way here to get the pizza and pasta and they make me wait 20 more mins because they what…..ate mine?

Bobbi and staff are amazing! Food is delicious hot and delivery is also very quick and never have I ever gotten a wrong order! I'm proud of our pizza hut!! It's amazing!
It is what you expect it to be but they tried really hard and the food was good considering we couldn't find another place near our hotel to eat. We left Chili's because of the rudeness and KFC had the doors locked. Strange town.

I worked here and I busted my @$$ off here and one day I didn't feel good and at that time I was instructed my (ABC news) . IF FEELING SYMPTOMS OF BEING SICK to stay home. I called my manager and I let her know I wasn't feeling good and I couldn't come in and she told me she needed and doctor's note but I told her I didn't feel comfortable going to the hospital I was told by the abc news to stay home if felt symptoms of being sick. And at the time coronavirus still going around.She said she did not care she needed a note or you will be fired. Well I didn't go to the hospital but weather or not if you're sick you still got to pay your bills. I had to go get my check because it was a paper check. And I had to pay my bills . And she fired me because I did not go to the hospital and get a note and she said I came to get my check. There are very good reasons and facts why I didn't post at that time and why I'm posting know. I was done wrong here.

Driver showed up with two dogs in the car && told me he was homeless I called the store to make them aware of the situation they argued with me that I even ordered food and hung up on me twice
