The car hop has the best personality of any fast food worker in town. I don't know her name but she is incredibly kind and always cheerful. The food however always lacks a little during the 10-11 am time frame. That is when I take lunch. The fries are always cold or if they are warm they are rock hard. Like they re fried them to warm and prevent waste. I only visit maybe once a month and it always seems to be the case. Today my hamburger literally had 4 shreds of lettuce. They have small chopped lettuce so it was a little funny they even tried to put any on at all. I appreciate at all times the services of anyone preparing a meal for me because I rarely get to indulge in the meal that I have not prepared myself. (Big family) However I hope someone at sonic reads this and considers slowing it down just a little and understanding when we spend money on services, it would be nice receive proper goods. Maybe it is time to order fries no salt becausethey include salt packs in the bag.

Great place to grab anything! Open late! If you love fried pickles, grab up the limited time pickle fries! The strawberry milkshakes are delicious! Real strawberries, and it's thick! Yummy! Fast friendly service!

Normally have good experiences but not Saturday evening. We attempted to order in the app and it showed currently unavailable. We arrived at the location and ordered from the stall. We paid and waited and it showed our drinks to be on the way and then cleared from the screen to press to order. We waited and then my wife got out and went to the door and knocked they just looked and ignored her. She came back and called on the phone explaining We had waited some time. They would get them out. They finally came out another 5 minutes or so and said they would refund the purchase. But it was apparent they had been sitting a while as the whipped crean had melted on top of the shakes. Poor management or oversight during this visit.
