Cleanest restaurant in Mt Vernon. I'm not usually a big fan of Taco Bell. I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. The food was great. Phenomenal restaurant, and my new standard for which all Taco Bells will be judged.

As always service was awesome. Staff was very helpful.
This taco bell is horrendous and their workers have zero customer service don't come here if you want all the food you paid for and then to have them tell its your fault it wasn't in the bag. The workers have zero etiquette on how to apologize for mistakes they made and instead accuse the customer wrongly. There is another taco bell on the other side go there.

Refused to gave foodI am a truck driver and it was the only restaurant open at midnight so i walk to drive thru window and worker refused to gave food.
Appreciate the great service and ability to make anything vegetarian.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Second in line at the drive thru they kept telling us 10 mins then another 10 mins. It’s called fast food for a reason. Y’all are losing money every second hire more help or close your doors. The other places around yall are doing much better time wise. If you guys are going to charge more now for the same food at least keep it good and fast like before. Now it’s more expensive and more waiting
