Workers didn't seem to want to be there, mask were over chin, when I said something got dirty looks. Was long initial wait but once actually ordered wasn't bad speed.

There was no one in the drive up ahead of me and the guy said it'd be a few minutes before I could be waited on. Also he told me that they couldn't fry anything because it was too late. It was only a few minutes after 8:00 p.m.

So I just went thru the drive thru and started ordering when a male voice stopped me and said exact change or card only went ahead and ordered total was 18.95 drove up to the window and gave the lady a twenty thinking whatever it’s a dollar and .05 when she reached out and gave me my change ?!?!?so how did they do that with no change? Is it the management lying and stealing from the customers by rounding up or one of the workers? Either way someone is lying and stealing peoples money.

I had a huge order and they were so polite and kept apologizing for my wait. I told them I had a huge order just to take their time. And after they gave me my food they even gave me a coupon for a free taco because it took them a minute to get my food.. which I didn't even think it took them very long for the amount of food I ordered but they were super nice about it!

Every single time I’ve ordered they’re out of what I order because I order on the app. The last time I ordered they were out of chicken and wouldn’t refund my money. This time they told me the freeze machines were down. I asked for a refund and they told me to cancel on the app even though they had already started my order and I was unable to. They then told me to cancel the whole order and that I could leave because my order would be refunded on the app even though it wouldn’t let me cancel. I told them it was too late to cancel and finally refunded my money from my freezes but they then proceed to hand me my food in a Walmart bag and forget half of my order. I won’t order here again, every time I do it’s a beyond ridiculous experience that usually results in me having to come back to get the rest of my order.

The food is great but we seen a guy stand at the register for 10 to 15 minutes waiting just to order his food

Consistently good and the staff is always friendly and service is quick. They did a great job during covid with updating their safety measures, it was one of the few places that I felt comfortable eating at.In comparison to the TB on Broadway, this one is much better. The food is always correct and the portions aren't light.

Don’t answer half the time 30 mins before close. As I was leaving I watched them get up from what I assume was taking a nap in the dining room.
Food was fresh and good as it gets for taco bell, wait time in drive thru was a little long tho.
Food is always correct from here. Much better than the other Mount Vernon location.
