this is the most ghetto unprofessional taco bell i have ever been too the forgot half my food after i ordered on the app it charged my card but when i showed up the didn’t have my order in the system which was fine so they made me order my food again but i had to pay they are just doing whatever they are not giving the quality care you need and making sure you get your order they are just doing whatever

Walk into Taco bell, no other customers there, start talking to the cashier, he asks if we care to use the kiosk when there's 3 workers just standing there, none of them wanted to take our order. So we order using the kiosk. Eat our food, pick up a go order for our neighbor get to their house, no napkins, no sauce they ordered, and no straws for the drinks. Spent almost 60 dollars for mediocre food and no service

Taco Bell has always been my go-to when I'm hungry. Also, the only place worth going to that is open past midnight. My only complaint is the menu. They love to create something delicious, only to remove it after a year and when you made it your usual.

I ordered 2 lg Baja Blasts. I was given 2 med. I checked the receipt I know mistakes happen and sometimes you hit the wrong size, the receipt showed 2 LG. I told the woman that I was given 2 Med but ordered 2 LG and if i could get the lg. She said she could ring it up for two lg but I told her I already ordered 2 lg, I was just given Med instead. She huffed and made the Lg drinks and handed them to me. She then handed me my ordered and i left for home. after leaving the 10th street location I made the 4 minute drive (1.7 miles)to my house, went inside and sat down. I opened up my wrapper to a chicken burrito that had refried beans smeared on the side of the tortilla the ingredients were spilling out the sides, and it was cold to the touch (like they were placed on the the tortilla flat top of the back line not the grill press). I looked inside and there was ONLY Chipotle sauce and NO avocado ranch. After the food being a bust, I took a swig of my baja. Carbination. My husbands was also the same, straight carbonation. Out of 4 drinks given to me, 2 lg and 2 m, not one of them was palatable. The only part of my order that was correct was the extra lettuce/no tomatoes in the chicken burritos.

Staff ignores instore customers. Stood 45 min at the register with no other customers inside before anyone even spoke to me another 10min until I got to order. Workers were smoking weed and hanging out in the dining area talking. Several walked to and from the dining area right past me. Was a pretty negative experience. To order and get 2 meals it took me one hour and 5 min.

90% of time food is missing or wrong, especially when ordering for delivery through their app. They just seem to never get it right and don't really care either.
