First off, they somehow mess up my order after telling them it multiple times. I mentioned multiple times that I dont want any sauce on my hot dog. What did they decide to do? Add it to my hotdog. The hotdog itself wasnt even good. The fries? Not good aswell.

Pizza is expensive and very overrated! The best thing there is their dogs and fries. I watched them make the pizzas next door while I was picking up my dogs and fries.Totally unsanitary!I watched 2 guys making pizzas with no rubber gloves on after handling money from the cash register.They put the pizza sauce on using a ladle, but it did not cover the edges, so they took their hand and wiped the sauce to cover the edges.They also did the same thing with the cheese and other ingredients.

The food tastes great. The value however has diminished completely. Take a look at the pizza sizes. Now compare that to all of the other pizza chains. You will notice that Bill's are much smaller and therefore you are getting way way less pizza for the already inflated cost. Cool decor though

Wish this place was celiac safe. I loved this place as a kid and it has not changed one bit. Very nostalgic! Kids and hubby and friends loved everything!

Absolutely worse service ever. Came for my wedding rehearsal. They would not take reservations for under 20. Dads came forCA. They made us wait almost 2 hours and treated us worse than I’ve ever been treated. My dad ended up leaving because they couldn’t wait to eat any longer. Manager had zero empathy and treated us like we did something wrong. Pizza was basically high-quality frozen pizza. If I could give them a zero, I would.

It wasn’t too busy when we arrived and we were seated quickly. It was slow to get our food and a piece of our pizza was missing because it was dropped when coming out of the oven? The meat was a bit too gamey and the cheese was too rubbery. Quite frankly it was nauseating and everyone was put in a bad mood.
