Good carnitas, you can eat in the restaurant or you can grab some and take it home, we got the Carnitas combo, Carnitas ( you choice in lb.) 1 Salsa or pico de Gallo, a dozen of regular tortillas or a dozen of just made tortillas, rice and beans.For me the best was a Taco with beans,Carnitas and pico de Gallo.Overall great food I will comeback for more.Parking: Parking is limited in the restaurant but you have plenty of parking cross the street.

3lbs carnitas family special rice, beans, 12 handmade tortillas, 1 salsa for $55 we were 4 people had each a drink total $84.00!! We felt it was a little pricey for carnitas but overall good. Everything is expensive when you go out and eat now a days.

Food is good much better than most in Mundelein. At least they use seasoning on their food. So many places are so bland. I'm not a fan of can soda. The restaurant was very clean. If you're coming for service you will be disappointed in deed.

Very good carnitas, it was my first time coming here and I would come back when I'm around. The quesadilla was well made not as big as other places but not bad. They have a deal for 1 lb of carnitas with rice and beans, and they fulfill it with tortillas, for about $28.

Went here for some carnitas. They were made fresh, not dry. Got 1 lbs with some salsa, rice, and beans with a 1/2 liter mexican coke. Went down smooth. Definitely will be going back soon!

The carnitas are to die for. That being said don't order the steak tacos for you may be disappointed, you don't go to a carnitas place and expect steak tacos to be at the same level. Other than that they always seem busy when I've gone in which proves they are successful in delivering good food and service.
