I've ordered here multiple times, walk-in and online order, but I've never been satisfied. Food is always cold, cheese is never melted, burritos are never mixed so that you are eating all of your rice at the bottom of the burrito. Additionally, fajita veggies are consistently tough and not cooked through. They skimp on chips and, not to mention, they're coated in oil and tough to eat. I've found some questionable things in my food before, once a piece of plastic. Never eating at this location again - I'm seriously worried about getting sick and their food safety practices.

the staff wanted to charge me for “double” even when it was not. the guy filling rice and veggies seem to have lost his memory and suggested he loaded double size for me. I asked them to remove the greens and check, then the guys backed off !!i have been here a handful of times, and everytime there’s some problem. food, customer service. just awful experience. never going back.stay away…

Portion is VERY small I feel like they’re cheating me. I placed an online order for takeout - it’s not ready by the promised time - I had to wait 30 minutes before I finally got it. I will drive 1.5 miles farther to another Chipotle next time.

Very poor service. Only come here because they stay open later than other locations. They always forget stuff, especially my guac and chips. And if you complain they want you to call some automated system and waste more of your time. Horrible service…and the Manager is never any help either. And the place is dirty.

This review is specifically for the chipotle in Mundelein. This restaurant is five minutes from my house, but we now go to the chipotle in Vernon Hills, which is a 20 minute drive, but well worth it. The Mundelein restaurant rarely got our online orders correct and the meat portions were always skimpy. We were lucky to get a single portion of chicken if we ordered a double. I would not recommend this restaurant.

some ugly Karen and a troll of a daughter came in and were really rude to the staff. All staff members along with the manager working did an excellent job by not engaging in the Karen’s Grotesque behavior. The lady was completely in the wrong and totally a Karen.Excellent job! Way to go!

We went here tonight for dinner and ate inside. Since the drive thru became an option we always ordered ahead and to go. That's around the time l started not enjoying chipotle as much. I highly recommend ordering inside. The food quality is good, but when you order to go the food sits by the opening and closing door making the food refrigerator cold; quality ultimately goes down no fault to the staff. Today was the first time in a long time I enjoyed my chipotle meal; the veggies were cold and the meat/rice/beans were hot. If you have reservations with chipotle, trust me and just order inside and eat inside. The mood was chill and staff were nice; zero complaints.

Not the greatest atmosphere kind of cold, but I like that you can customize everything and if you get it when it’s freshly cooked especially the steak it’s very good sadly they never have coupons but their prices aren’t that bad. It’s a nice change from a burger or sandwich place.Vegetarian options: Again, everything is customizable so you can load up on veggiesDietary restrictions: The fact that everything is customizable is great for any dietary restrictionParking: They have a very small parking lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spaceKid-friendliness: Appearance wise it’s not very kid friendly, but there’s no reason kids wouldn’t enjoy it. I don’t believe they have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp from the parking lot and the way the tables are situated. It’s not too bad to maneuver in there.
