I ordered 3 large fries and I had to pull over and wait for them. They were hot when they were brought out, but a drag that I had to wait and watch the three cars behind me get their orders and drive off.

Never seems to get an order correct. Today was a sausage McMuffin that had no egg , cheese , or sausage. Yep! Just an English muffin.We stopped using this location because their fries are always undercooked - my son wanted a sammy before his activity this morning - what a mistake .

Feb 2022I live just around the corner, but will drive to one of the other locations every time - I don’t think they’ve EVER gotten the entire order correctJan 2023It's been about a year, so we thought we'd give them another try - same old bad experience (special order wrong, item missing).March 2024Time for our once a year, "maybe they've gotten better" visit.No surprises here... screwed-up order. And it was simple.. a couple sandwiches with a request for a special sauce (30¢ extra). Instead, we get 2 syrup packages (we didn't order hot cakes). Maybe by 2025 they'll get things right?

I go here 4-5 days a week on my way to work and I get an English McMuffin and medium iced caramel latte. The lady that collects payment is very rude and never asks for the code so I missed out an order of points. And today the sandwich was burnt, photo attached. It’s not hard to treat a customer with respect, especially when it is a regular.
