Recently learned about the short staffing here, explaining why the 'order ahead' feature is randomly turned off all the time, [referenced] drive thru only, hard breakfast sandwiches and the less busy atmosphere. I’m assuming experienced residents go to Dunkin, McDonalds or AREA coffee instead. It's a spacious, easy to access location on lake st with great potential, particularly with its indoor/outdoor setup. Hoping they resolve their staffing to create a more consistent customer experience.

Starbucks quality is going down. They may get your drive thru order correct but if it is busy you will probably get the wrong beverage unless it is easy to identify like a refresher.

After ice melted noticed this inside my cup i had given it back bc they added strawberries and i had requested without. After the girl at the drive thru was kinda annoyed she took it back to change it and to later find out they had spit inside my cup super disappointed and disgusted by this will never be coming back to this location.
They will force you to tip. I asked to see how much the cost was and they don’t show you. I paid $8 for a $5 drink. They click on the tip for you

Grace is just awfull person/ personality A lot to say she knows what she made I have no time for this shameful service We ll never go there with my little girl On top manger was covering her mistakes Trowing plastic silverware's not welling to do you right starbucks good attitude She should work some other job 3 times we went there and she has the same problem attitude Make us to go other locations

This is very poor customer service. Very insulting. My 16 years daughter was minor accident at drive thru they have difficult course drive thru I was invest myself after my daughter accident. But I am complete told my daughter no matter what need custiom extra careful drive thru or don't go that location anyhow I'm very disappointed their customers care because after accident my daughter was shock of course she told them I just hit my car then they put my daughter name I just hit my car . Lol. Insane insulting. My daughter had own her name instead are u ok need ambulance that kind care they just make fun of her accident. . Of course I will complain copration this insulting matter . No wonder how they put name order I just hit my car . My daughter show me that picture it's hard to believe poor care customer. Very bad customer service

My dad and I came to this location an hour before it closed since we were waiting to pick my sister up from an event. All was fine until the workers decided to play the same song three times. My dad got annoyed because, who wants to listen to the same song over and over? He brought it up to a young male, who completely ignored my dad and walked away. Then my dad brought it up to another worker. It was still 20/30 mins until closing and they didn't have to make it so obvious that they wanted customers out. (we weren't the only ones there) The girl said how she liked the song and played it over and over and she and the male gave my dad attitude. They finally played two different songs and then put the same song back on a fourth time and started laughing to get arise out of us. all i can say is they should be trained better. Horrible customer service skills at this Starbucks.
