Horrible owner. Was the only person in the restaurant and the owner comes up to me and say there’s a 20 minute restriction for dine in. Never heard that in my life before. Will be contacting corporate.

Food is on par with subway standards but horrible staff! I would rather do business with other subways in the locality with friendlier staff than this one. Never going back to this place.

The guy who works here is an a$$. Everything he did was a drag... He moved in slow motion. Very slow service, unprofessional, and rude. I get it he's there during these times that no one wants to work but might as well not have anyone there douche!

The owner(Man)is very very rude. I asked for wheat bread he thought I was saying meatball. He gave it to me with an attitude saying I said meatball, when I clearly didn’t. He was giving me attitude the the whole time. Once I paid for my meal I was going to sit down and he said no that I couldn’t eat inside. Although I have dined in there a couple times before. No where did it say I couldn’t eat inside. He was clearly being really rude just because he assumed I said I wanted a meatball sandwich. I won’t ever be coming back here again… he even squished my sandwich. worst service ever. Don’t eat here!!

HORRIBLE. First, it’s not “dine in”. My friend and I went to sit down because the tables and chairs are set, plus we had our masks and no where on the front did it say “take out only”, but the second we went to sit down we were told we couldn’t. Also, he packaged my sandwich in my friends bag, then proceeded to ask if we were together or separate, which I said separate and he was annoyed because he now had to separate our orders. You should never assume! Lastly, my friends mayo tasted like sour cream as if it was expired. I’ll never be going back to this location. All around bad experience and terrible customer service.

Employees/Owners are very rude -- will be taking my business elsewhere! By the looks of the limited number of people in the store during a weekday lunch rush, the general consensus of other 1 star reviews, and the fact that they do not honor any coupons, it looks like this place is already really hurting for business. There are other much better options of food places with better service, and PLEASANT employees/management that actually value your patronage for a similar if not even more affordable price. I HOPE THIS LOCATION IS SHUT DOWN OR ITS MANAGEMENT REMOVED

HORRRIBLE!!!! DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PARENTS!!!! They Claimed the dining area was closed and told my kids and I eat on the curb!!!! Dining area was open, there was no signs, another employee said they didn’t want the mess!!! I would have left the food and walked out but we were desperate!! NEVER GO BACK

Do not support this location. I never write reviews, but these guys ticked me off for the last time. The Couple here are extremly rude and impatient as they are frustrated with their poor english and I had to ask numberous times to repeat. I could not understand what they were asking and finally they pointed to the sign on what kind of bread I wanted. After I told her my bread choice the lady turned to the other gentleman behind the counter that was watching me like I was going to steal their chips and said something in indian and shook her head. Maybe you could focus on serving the customer in front of you instead on make smart coment in other languages making customer feel unwelcomed. She also said something in indian to have the gentleman go wantch the handicap person that strugled to come in and was getting water and Ice in his own cup before he started his order and even then it sounded like they were ordering people around. Instead of saying Can I help you? they said what do you want? Maybe its a cultural thing but here in the USA its disrespectful. The prior visit with them they ran out of containers for the pickles on the side and put the pickles in a cookie bag with one fold at the top. I told him that it would leak like that and he said dont worry its fine. Well they leaked all over the bag and my seat. Not cool. I dont like to tell people how to do their job, but if you have 3 foot longs, you dont cram them in one bag and you should label them. A thank you and have a nice day would be appropriate when they hand you the receipt or your change, but not in this store. SAD that there are so many others more deserving to have a franchise like Subway.

The people behind the counter (I am guessing are also owners) are terrible. Extremely rude and unwelcoming. Avoid this location. Plenty of other businesses will be happy to welcome you.

Requested a refund for an order that was never made. Manager claimed to have contacted the headquarters to have the refund issues, but this went on for multiple calls and stretched to over a month to avoid the refund. I should note this is only with this Subway and not other locations. Just go to another Subway.
