Dear coupon Karen,Stop acting like a privileged toddler. The staff was nothing but polite to you. Was your coupon for the right location? Right store? Expired? There are tons of Poke Co. restaurants. Any food establishment a refund takes a few days to process. To say “well take my tip off then” is so disrespectful of you and won’t get your refund to you quicker. They even called their boss to let you talk to them on her personal phone to better explain this to you. To then say “when will my food be ready then. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes.” Yes, 10 minutes of you screaming and whining about your refund because in your words, the staff is too dumb to figure out how to use a coupon. You’re getting a full refund AND your free food? How privileged you are.Aloha Poke Co. is a CHEAP seafood establishment with amazing food you can customize however you please. I rave about this place to everyone and it is a regular lunch spot for me. The staff is very respectful and I will always continue to go. Eat here to curve your seafood (or any other) cravings you have! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

The Aloha Poke Co has a excellent selection of freshly prepared poke at fair prices. The restaurant offers three generous sizes to select from. I usually order the Big size. My favorite is either the California Rolls with crab salad or the shrimp poke bowl. All food is fresh and the portions are large.

Only recently have I tried Poke and let me tell you, I love it! I’ve tried quite a few different restaurants and Aloha Poke is my favorite! The staff was helpful when I didn’t quite know how to order! The food is fresh and delish. Some other chains have mushy tuna, clumped together. The tuna at Aloha Poke is fresh! I would highly recommend!
Edit: Decided to give it another shot and I’m going to chalk the first few times up to bad luck or just bad timing on the freshness of ingredients.I love Poke and this place isn’t half bad. Slightly overpriced in my opinion, but hey the economy is doing that to everything at the moment I suppose. I’m all for supporting smaller businesses, so I went a few times before and after my initial review just to make sure I wasn’t being harsh.In my opinion, the Poke Bro’s chains tend to give a bit more food for a lower price, but that’s kind of like saying Walmart has cheaper product than Trader Joe’s.The ingredients here are good - but I think a couple of the bowl’s rely on the sauces’ flavors a bit much, versus the fresh ingredients inside the bowl.I still don’t want to say it’s my first choice (yet), but I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in downtown Naperville and want poke.

I love Poke and it’s not bad, but definitely not worth the price. I’m all for supporting smaller businesses, so I went a few times before reviewing just to make sure I wasn’t being harsh; you can go to any Poke Bro’s chain and get better flavor and quality for a lower price sadly. The ingredients here aren’t bad, but it’s almost as if they base the entire flavor of every bowl on the sauces that get slapped on top, versus the actual ingredients inside the bowl. Sadly they don’t add enough sauce on top to justify that decision and you run out very quick. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in downtown Naperville and want poke, but I’d be lying if I said it’d be my first choice.
