They made me a cappuccino and it was terrible. I've come to this location many many times, and they still can't get it right. Don't come here !

First time I've been to a fast food restaurant and literally had five employees walk by without acknowledgement while I'm just trying to order my food and get on with my day. It's awkward when the employees literally walk by, stare at you for a minute then turn around and walk away. Took about 5-10 minutes before the first employee I saw and ignored me finally walked to the cashier to take my order. What a mess.

Bad service, workers have no clue what they are doing. Ordered donuts and then was told they don't have them. Their donut section is mostly empty with only few options. Cost cutting, keep old stale donuts until they sell them all.

Ordered two donuts. Both looked days old and very small. They were smashed against each other in the bag and hardly had any frosting on either. They really need to use wax paper between the donuts so they don't ruin them. My daughter got a strawberry frosted donut and didn't want chocolate smashed into it. I will never go back. Expensive for something t that needs to go in the trash.

WOW!! SUCH A FANTASTIC LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS!!! ME AND MY FAMILY ACTUALLY LIVE IN ONTARIO, CANADA. WE WENT TO USA TO VISIT MY DAD'S ELDER BROTHER AND OUR COUSINS. SO, ALL OF US TOGETHER, DECIDED THAT WE WILL GO TO BASKIN-ROBBINS TO HAVE SOME ICE CREAM. BY THE WAY, BACK IN CANADA, ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BASKIN-ROBBINS ICE CREAM ON A REGULAR BASIS. SO OF COURSE, WE WANTED TO HAVE BASKIN-ROBBINS ICE CREAM IN THE USA TOO. THE ICE CREAM WAS REALLY GOOD WHICH I HAD, ALTHOUGH I KINDA FORGOT THE FLAVOUR. BUT OVERALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS TO EVERYONE OUT THERE!!!

Look how disgusting this is. Donut came smashed into the other chocolate donut and clearly looks over a day old with no frosting and being WET. Yuck I will not be back.

Ordered a custom cake and when I went to pick it up they forgot to make it….the night before the party. I also had to stand around for 40 minutes that I didn’t have while they figured out what happened which was just oops we didn’t make it. I had to buy whatever they had premade on the shelf and it wasn’t the kind of cake my son wanted. He helped me order it and was super disappointed.

This place is always dirty and when I asked the manager I was told that they don't clean up and wait till closing!
Order hot regular large coffee with cream and sugar.... I'm not sure what they gave me. Barley taste like coffee. Seems watered down a lot... not taste of the cream and sugar... plus it was dripping over the side of the cup... Ordered Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel... missed the bacon... Ordered bottled water... that they got right... Not like there was a line of people waiting... At least the employee was polite...

Visited this location on 12/4/22. I drove through and ordered 2 donuts and a small coffee, paid $$6.02. I thought about it, looked up a Dec. 22 menu online, where pricing was considerably less. Went into the store and pointed what I saw and was told they can price whatever they want! Wow, they need to have some customer service training. After posting this to a neighborhood website, I now know they are known for this and had people share their personal experiences. (None of them good.) Stay clear of this place.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Went to get my boyfriends free birthday drink with him and when we got to the window, the Hispanic employee at the window was very rude. The birthday reward was not showing up in the app and he was less than helpful. He said right to my boyfriends face "if You want it you'll have to pay for it. Do you want it or not? i have other customers" Worst customer service.
