Growing up Brown's Chicken restaurants were plentiful, today they're a lot harder to find. Thank goodness for Yelp and being able to find the location in Naperville. Our order was simple, a four piece meal, white meat only with fries and onion rings as the sides. The staff was friendly and the order was fulfilled promptly. The chicken crust was crispy and the meat was moist, hot and nicely seasoned. The fries and onion rings were cooked the way we like them, crispy and not over cooked. It was definitely worth the ride and we would gladly return.

Worst food I ever had. I grabbed the jumbo shrimp. I’ve been in the hospital for the last two days I have food poisoning from the shrimp. Don’t go here.

Foods ok, I've tried several items from here and I would say their chicken tenders are the best thing I've tried. I wouldn't recommend ordering the pasta dishes, thier mediocre at best.

Went inside to get chicken. Go here every now and then. We drive all the way from West side of Aurora. The service is top notch, get our order quickly at lunch time.
Wow, this place used to be a go to chicken place but this place has gone down significantly. One of my favorite things to get here were the biscuits because they used to be buttermilk biscuits and the chicken was dry and overcooked. It was a sign that we sat there for a half hour, eating our dinner and not a single person came in to eat. This one star rating goes to the people who served us at the restaurant because they were extremely friendly and patient for our order. I will no longer be attending Brown's chicken, and is disappointed because this was a childhood favorite.

I have never actually had Brown’s chicken until last night. It came highly recommended to me by a friend, so I figured I would try it and pick some up on my way to work. I ordered a chicken bowl, which was supposed to have mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and fried chicken pieces. They forgot the gravy, so the entire thing was very bland/dry. The pieces of chicken in it were absolutely disgusting! Hard/chewy… I didn’t even eat the meat. I just picked at the potatoes. I also ordered a biscuit and an order of 4 corn fritters. The corn fritters were awful! They tasted like they had sat out for days. SO dry and had no flavor or any corn in it at all. I threw them away. The best thing about the whole meal was the biscuit. It was super buttery and delicious. I guess it’s my fault for not just ordering a meal with bone in chicken and sides for my first experience there. But, needless to say, I don’t have any intentions on going back.
