This was the very best wing place I ever went to. Peroid! I hated to see it closed. The location was bad, that is the only reason I can see that hurt it.

This place has the best chicken wings I have ever had! Their chicken here is really great, juicy, tender, tasty, and unique. It also has a fair and reasonable price. Their menu is really huge, they have a big variety, and they also have a great selection of foods to choose from. You can find so many great foods here that can really satisfy your cravings and fill you up. They also have fries, pasta, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages. All of it is really worth trying. I also highly recommend trying their Parmesan flavor of chicken. It is really great and affordable. Wings and Rings are phenomenal! Their place is cozy, very clean, nice, and bright. They are well-maintained and organized. The only problem I encountered the time I visited this place was their dining seats. Their tables and chairs are limited. I recommend going to this place as early as you can or for the best make a reservation before you visit. But still, Wings and Rings are the best and their place is such a gem in this area of Naperville. I would really love to go back and visit this place again when I have some free time. I really had an amazing experience at this place! Thank you guys for your awesome service! It was a pleasure for me! Thank you and keep it up!

They got my order wrong. I paid $4 for about 1 -2 oz of chips. The wings themselves were fine, the sauces really bland. When i called the manager and expressed my concern and requested a refund, he blew me off. Enough said.

DOES NOT RECOMMEND Ordered through door dash, expecting food would not be piping hot, i called to make a request(as they opted to not have special requests made through online ordering). Called to ask simply to have aioli for fries on the side, i can warm them up for myself and guests(reason for door dash order) as opposed to a soggy mess. restaurant said sure ya no problem and pushed me off the phone. hour later food gets here and they did exactly what i asked them not to do. entire box smelled of aioli mayo mess. Called as my order was 62 dollars and expect this would be corrected. nope restaurant told me they would call the manager Victor and "if he had time" he would call me back. This was last night no courtesy call back no call from manager nothing. ridiculous also my wings were suppose to be xtra wet

-Called to schedule an order for the super bowl -They told me to place the order online, and advised that I make sure I don't accidentally place the order for ASAP delivery -Scheduled the online order for 7pm on Sunday, 2/13/22 -Confirmation email arrived -Called store immediately to confirm order was NOT asap, and they confirmed it wasn't (and thanked me when I mentioned it was a large order for the super bowl). -Come Super Bowl Sunday, and order never arrived. Restaurant never answered 10+ calls -Called delivery support number in email (I think it's technically DoorDash) -They said restaurant is closed and order will not happen -I have a large group of hungry people and my super bowl party is ruined -Do not order from this store

Okay… so my girlfriend and I love this place for their wings. But lately everything is off. I think the owner (since you can franchise) or corporate need to focus on getting everything back to par. They have half the restaurant not available, 1 server per night, wings are super salty. Lastly, this weekend my girlfriend and I have it another shot, even worse, restaurant was closed. We got there at 8:45 and google says they close at 10pm. Not cool… we drove 40 min to wings and rings just to order for from Wendy’s.

Call before you go. Went at 6pm this past Saturday and they were closed. 5 cars came and left in the five minutes we sat in the parking lot trying to figure out where else to eat. Not sure what has happened with them. I’d assume this location will be closed for good in the next few months on how things have been with this new management

I wanted to write a compliment to this business. I ordered wings to go yesterday afternoon and the manager was very friendly on the phone and in person. I asked her if the blue cheese was homemade or store bought, she said "homemade and it's delicious." And she was right, it was delicious! I also wanted to share that when I pulled up at my office to eat the wings I noticed another dressing in the bag that stated "just in case you don't like the blue cheese". I thought it was super sweet of her to put a ranch in case I didn't like the blue cheese that I went on a wimb and ordered. Great business and amazing boneless wings. Very pleased.

Sad to say but the food was terrible and the signature long Island Tennessee tea was even worse. While walking in, it didn't seem busy but due to staffing (1 bartender, 1 server, 1 expo, and 1 useless apologetic owner) they were slammed. The bartender was working roughly 8 tables of two or more guests and a few groups at the bar, she rocked it the best she could. The expo girl was rude and seemed inconvenienced by everyone's presence. The owner seemed to have no restaurant experience as he left his staff by themselves, perhaps he was in the kitchen... the food took a long time and came out cold. He attempted to make the experience right by fixing the check but even with this, we will likely not return and definitely would not recommend this location. It's been years since we've been there and likely much more time will pass before we even think about returning. We were impressed by the bartender and how she busted her bum to take care of the tables/bar, but sad to say; she was on an island on her own with no assistance.

We ordered a 15 piece of buffalo wings that came without the buffalo sauce on them. We also ordered a 5 piece of lemon pepper dry rub wings that were very obviously also plain and they just shook some lemon pepper seasoning on them and it all fell to the bottom. So we basically got 20 plain wings. The shrimp were mediocre; could barely taste the Old Bay. The only decent part of our order were the onion rings and the blue cheese dip. We probably won't order from here again.

Terrible terrible the guy we spoke too over the phone said they stopped serving at 9 , we arrived 840 and didn't let us in even though we called before we arrived. Website says they close at 10 we had over an hour to eat still.... fix your Website before u send people back home dude ... wish I can give this place zero stars
