Calling corporate- I had to return my whopper after I saw the cashier lady, touching all of the condiments and handling the hamburger with no gloves. I even called her out. This is not India we have rules in regulations in America.

I've passed this place many times with my family and we always thought it looked so cool from the outside with it's classic Burger King look with neon lighting. We finally decided to go in a few days ago despite the now half lit signage. When we walked in I was wondering why there were only Halloween crowns around?? Then upon ordering our meals which come with drinks we were told the soda machine was down. I'm sorry but we walked out. It seemed like management didn't care much about what was going on but were still happy to take money from customers. We went to another Burger King.

I order food today from here and my drinks were not what I wanted. I had order a fountain drink witch is a Coke and then I order a lemonade and I did not get what I order my Coke was frozen and also instead of lemonade I received ice creamI was so mad ?

The young lady that took my order came to the register and just stood there, never said HI even . Didn't say can i help you, can i take your order or anything. I HAD to ASK HER IF SHE WAS READY ! SAD! Normally the older lady has excellent customer service , this young lady was so rude, i had to ask for my receipt. It was just a TERRIBLE experience smh .

I came into the restaurant after fishing for hours, I came in with my buddy. We’re both high schoolers coming in to eat after long hours. My buddy orders first, then I order. I ordered a BK royal crispy chicken sandwich meal and a frozen coke, that’s an $11 order. He put it down for $4, I tapped my Apple Pay without seeing the price at first, then saw it and was confused. I asked what he put down. He said the wrap, and that’s what I asked for. I said no I wanted the sandwich, he said ok and started tapping on the screen. He got mad randomly and called his manager over, he said to her. “This kid is not the brightest and screwed everything up. He wanted a wrap”. And got really mad with a tone. I didn’t know what was happening because all I wanted was the correct order and to move on with my day. A man standing in line came up to me and was surprised at what he was hearing and said this was the worst customer service he’s ever seen, I agreed. He ended up getting my food in a crumpled up bag and slammed it on the table and stared me down with an angry face. I don’t know what I did wrong, all I wanted was a meal and a frozen coke. I ended up getting a mini cup(not a medium like it said) and no drink(which it came with) and a couple unsalted cold fries in a large box. I wasn’t rude, I did nothing wrong. Again, all I wanted was a meal and frozen coke after a long day of fishing. My buddy ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single, he payed for a double but didn’t say anything because he was scared of the guy. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and I hope this person gets fired before someone else gets this kind of treatment.
