Today was the last straw for me. The Hispanic guy in the kitchen just needs to go enough is enough. This like the last time is terrible the young man in the kitchen was asking the older guy to drop meat and to drop chicken and it was like talking to a brick wall and the manager lady tried to tell the young man that he needs to tell him what to drop because the older guy is new yet he’s been there for at least 2 months that I’ve seen that’s not considered new at all. It’s like every time I come to this restaurant this young man is always going above and beyond to make us happy but the older guy in the kitchen needs to be fired he doesn’t listen nor does he care to listen and He literally tried to serve undercooked chicken and then tried blaming the younger guy when clearly we saw it was him he did it. I was not pleased or impressed and will not come back ever again and I’m going to call the corporate office to report this as well. I hope the young man finds a better job that will treat him better because obviously this place was just mind blowing and I could see the frustration in his eyes and how can you blame him. I feel bad for him he tries hard to satisfy us but the older guys who don’t seem to talk nor understand anything especially when you speak their language it’s sad I guess I’ll be going to Wendy’s from now on

I’ve given this BK too many chances. This was the last straw. I placed an order through the drive thru and the lady at the window (very nice) told me to park in the front. After 10 min, no one brought my food out and I was facing the door. I go in to get my food (same lady at the window got my food right away). While I waited inside, a gentleman came in looking for a job. The “manager” gave him a dirty look and told him to go online. Once he left, she just laughed. This place is horrible. I’ll be contacting corporate.

I had some issues with the bk app and the young man at the window helped me through everything. He was polite and upbeat, I wish I had gotten a receipt so I could mention him by name. He could make a lot of money as a high end server or in the customer service world. Any company would be lucky to have him.

I had to write a review for the most AMAZING customer service we’ve had in a while shoutout to Jordan at the 1304 Naper Blvd location. Jordan went above and beyond for us and never would I have thought to receive such customer service at my local BK. This type of excellence is rare these days… I hope he gets promoted (or at least a pay increase!) he deserves it.

Got my order right almost zero times here and the drive thru takes forever here when they have 4 people working the 2 to 3 cars total in the drive thru. They're slow af.

What happened to this location??? The original manager was great was there for many years is gone.... Now they have a bunch of employees (except for the guy) that don't care at all. This place went downhill. The new manager (where they find her.....) yeah right....bottom of the barrel.

Horrible! I am surprised this BK is still open. They NEVER have enough staff there.... they take forever to get the food already and it is almost guaranteed to be ice cold or the order is totally wrong. Do NOT go there after 6pm.... the night staff they bring in is totally incompetent. This place won't be around much longer.

Lately this was the only Burger King I've been going to, it's the closest to me when I'm getting off work a little after noon. Half the staff there are pleasant, at least working the drive-thru. May 1st, I got my usual order with a large diet, I took a drink of it after leaving and it was mixed with liquid cleaner, it wasn't until I took the lid off that I could smell how strong the cleaner was. I called them and I told them what happened, and all they asked was if I wanted to come back to get another, I said no, I just didn't want it to happen to the next person. I don't see myself going back, because I definitely don't want it to happen again.

On Friday, sign say dine in close at 10 pm, I went there at 7 pm on 4/7/23, said manager say we close early, no one even in drive thru, that’s why all Burger King will close soon

Burger King isn't the same as when I was a kid. The dining area is more often than not clear.. The restrooms are somewhat clear, and could be a bit cleaner, especially during non peak hours. Overall, a nice place.Parking: Jewel-osco directly across the street from Burger King, and a Marions across the parking lot on the same street side.
