Have always liked Casey's both in Western Springs and in Naperville. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Often can find items there and nowhere else. Meat Dept is outstanding. For the first time I tried their Deli items and looked forward to enjoying them. What a disappointment! Could not even distinguish that the egg salad was egg salad. The tuna salad was ok. The crab salad was a disappointment as was the garlic potato salad. Too much sour cream perhaps? I have yet to try their chicken salad but now almost afraid to. Since they prepare so much, I figured it would all taste good but Unfortunately, I was wrong. Will still shop at Casey's but skip the deli salads.

Best meat case in town and always super friendly staff. Also love their dips and take and bake pre-made meals. It's a true neighborhood grocery store. Check it out!

Great selection, good people

The store is impeccably clean, the produce is almost always fresh, the chicken is the freshest I have found at any grocery store in the area, and the staff is always amazingly friendly. What's not to like?

This is a market known for its meat dept. I stopped by to pick up two roasts and two stuffed potatoes. The meat dept. staff were friendly on a busy day, and my cashier, a young woman, was as well. Her bagger, however, was offensively rude. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. Apparently she has worked there 20 years, but unfortunately she hasn't learned how to treat people kindly in those 20 years. She should not be working on the floor and interacting with people. I am trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, but I left the store very upset by her abrasive and rude comment to me. I will think twice before returning. It's not the only store in town with a nice meat department.

I understand that Casey's is a hometown favorite in Naperville. As an out of towner I visited last weekend, wanting to get a few things. Honestly, I left the store in sticker shock. Prices are unreasonably high and out of sync with neighboring stores. Glad Napervillians like the store but, I will not be returning.

We enjoy shopping at this store. It is hard to find veal shanks, but no problem getting them there. Lots of interesting cuts of meat and other pantry items.

What a great shop with all the items of a big name grocery plus lots of independent food stuffs. Plus a really nice looking butcher shop with friendly and knowledgeable people running it.

Start sharpening your steak knife! The steaks are waaaay better here than what you get at HIGH END steak restaurants so it's a BARGAIN buying fresh meat here. Once you see this butcher shop you'll never be able to buy meat anywhere else. 5-star also for customer service, small town flair AND as well as the vast variety offered in the Deli and fresh Bakery goods. Only thing to beware of is inflated prices for name brand items (you'll notice a difference in price compared to big box stores). Shop here for unique and fun grocery finds. And most importantly to shop at the Deli, Bakery & Butcher. THOSE items are worth every penny!

I love Casey’s. Best customer service at the deli and meat department, and really any other area of the store. Been shopping here for years. We come from Oswego and even if the prices are a tad higher it’s worth it to me. It’s an enjoyable shopping experience and I feel like a valued customer.

Always happy to shop here, close to home and kids love it. But I’m surprised with the elder lady cashier this morning, she managed to check me out without speaking to me the whole time. I don’t mind she chats with other employee while checking me out, the plain ignorance is just throwing me off. She finished it off by tossing the receipt into the bag while looking the other way. Man I just spent $20 something on a piece of meat, she makes me feel I grabbed a gum and wasted her time. There is nobody else in line, I’m pretty much the only customer in the shop, yet she managed to act busy… not going anymore, Trader Joe’s next door is always happy to have us shopped there.

I've gone to Casey's for 10 years now, mainly for the full-service meat counter and deli. Service is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It is on the pricier side, but, as they say, you get what you pay for--and what I get at Casey's is always great. If I feel like splurging I'll get produce there too. Strawberries are always sweet; avocados are never bruised. Yum!
