Service was good and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, all four plates at our table disappointed. All the food was cold. Risotto was a very small portion and was runny.Rigatoni was more than al dente and cold.Margarette pizza did not have much cheese on it. 1 slice had nothing.I was hoping for more. Maybe it was an off night.

If you’re looking for decent italian food and horrendous hospitality - this is definitely the place for you. Nothing about the experience at this place was pleasant. It took the server 20 min to come to our table for a drink order, he failed to even serve water despite it being requested 3 times, our food came out about 1 hour after we sat at the table, appetizers and entrees all came out at the same time - most of it was rather cold and 1 entree was missing. That entree never made it to our table and we didn’t even get an apology for that error when we mentioned it while requesting the check. There truly was no excuse because this place was rather empty. The guy running the kitchen screamed “hands” a couple times which I assume was because dishes of food were sitting in line waiting to be taken to tables and the server was no where to be found. That’s the only guy that seemed to care about serving the diners. This was truly an awful experience. The server and front of the house manager/assistant manager desperately need training.

Just visited for the first time tonight and WOW. We had the best time. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Loved getting to sit up at the bar seats to watch them make the food. Everything is fresh and delicious. We ordered the pasta bolognese and the half brick chicken. We also got a salad with fresh and sweet vinaigrette. Service was great and friendly. Would highly recommend visiting for a delightful dinner experience. For dessert, we’d highly recommend the olive oil cake. Sweet and yummy to finish your dining experience!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free items for pizza and noodles. Able to make adjustments for those with dairy allergies on some dishes.Parking: Free parking short walk from the front door.

Wife and I brought another couple based on previous excellent experience at this restaurant. This time, I was disappointed. The mussels were not nearly as plump and were overcooked. The roast half chicken was overdone, very dry, but the accompanying veggies were flavorful. The osso bucco was also a little dry, lacked the expected umami. I doubt we will return. On the plus side, our server was friendly, chatty, and efficient. Sean, also a restaurant staffer, was kind enough to return a credit card that we had inadvertently left behind, when he saw us at a nearby coffee shop. Thank you!

This restaurant needs work! They are WAY understaffed. We had a party of 7 on a Wednesday night. There was another party of 8 or so and multiple tables of 2-4. There was only one waiter serving ALL of these tables. The second waiter was serving a corporate event. Due to the poor timing of food, I suspect the kitchen was also understaffed. The seven of us ordered drinks. Five had individual glasses and my husband and I ordered a bottle of wine. It probably took 15-20 minutes after our friends received their drinks that we received our bottle of wine. The same thing happened when dinner was served - our friends received their entrees 15-20 minutes before we did. We may as well been eating at a different table because we certainly weren't enjoying dinner together. We chose the restaurant because of the hand-made pasta and it could have been really good. We ordered lasagne and rigatoni. The lasagne was hot, but despite the extra wait, the rigatoni was cold. The Frito Misto appetizer could have been more crispy. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but they need to get their act together.

The duck wings were overcooked, resulting in a crispy texture. The pasta lacked moisture and flavor, and it was accompanied by only a few scattered pieces of lobster. Despite its hefty price of $40, the short ribs ravioli was undercooked, leading to an unsatisfactory dining experience overall. I cannot recommend this establishment. In fact, I was so disappointed that I opted for Wendy's instead while staying at Arista.

Great atmosphere but food was meh. The restaurant is an extension of a hotel so don’t think it’s a fancy restaurant. I had the seafood and it was under seasoned. Good lasagna tho.

We were impressed with the food and plan to go back. We had an event near downtown but there were no reservations available close to downtown so we happened to find this one. We were so glad we did.

Overall this place has fantastic food but they are short staffed. There appears to be a lot of host/hostesses and busers but not nearly enough waitstaff. Maybe we caught them on a bad night. The food took a really long time to come out. We asked for grilled chicken no seasoning for our salad and that apparently took the longest to come out. Which didn't really make any sense. They claimed they had to make the chicken from scratch. If they don't have fresh chicken breast ready to make then it sounds like they have frozen chicken or chicken that is already prepared. That makes you feel you aren't getting top quality. The time and debacle it caused made it seem like they were beheading and defeathering a live chicken. If they would have told us it would take this long we wouldn't have even ordered it. Again, when you have grilled chicken as a side for a salad it shouldn't take long to make and our request was just no seasoning on the chicken. When it finally did arrive, we were already done our meals so didn't need it anymore. They did credit us the salad and apologized for the wait. They were very nice but this was just odd.

I'll start off by saying this is one of my favorite restaurants ever and I dine here decently often. My wife and I went on Valentine's Day and had the 4 course meal with wine pairing. The chef absolutely outdid himself and every course was incredible. They were busier than usual due to the holiday and looked like all hands on deck. That said, the service was still great, everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive. The head chef came over at one point and explained what our dish was, which I always appreciate. I'll always give Che Figata the highest of recommendations!

The food was amazing, to be true. I highly recommend the osso bucco. My issue was the 30 minutes to get our soup starter. Actually, the issue was more the waiter who took our soup order, then didn't stop at the table until the soup was nearly served. When I asked why soup was so long, he asked if I needed the manager to explain it to me. Then he took our dinner order. So, food is amazing, service will depend on if your server is in a mood, apparently.

Restaurant is a cute place, upscale environment. Faces the kitchen to see what's going on which is a nice touch. Food was pretty good, but the portions were small. Had the rigatoni dish and the noodles were good, but definitely not enough, and I'm a small person. Service was really slow for us that night, there was also a server mix up one guy greeted, and then another greeted and took over. Then took time for drinks, then longer to order. Never checked in on us.Overall was ok. Price to portions not worth it. Have a cocktail list but only received the wine list which is included on the menu.

The food was delicious! We enjoyed each of the dishes on the Restaurant Week menu-salad was complex and refreshing, arancini were deliciously satisfying. The micro greens enhanced each of the pasta dishes and the desserts were taste and texture adventures. We'll be back soon!

The open kitchen concept makes for a great show even though their intention is not to entertain you. It's chefs tending to their craft, their art, if you will. Once you taste the pasta, you will have experienced food that is out of this world. Do not leave without partaking in dessert.
