It has a new owner and new flavors and I love how clean it looks inside ! The chicken fried is yummy and still packed with flavor(it’s a little less salty and less oily which is good!) . Egg rolls are also lighter which I like! I have also tried their beef lo mein and the noodles were perfect. Definitely better then than the older ones. I ordered the lunch portion and it’s enough for two meals for sure!

This message is for the new management or owners. We’ve been regulars here for a couple of years now and respectfully have some recommendations. The fried rice has definitely changed, the flavor is not a rich and the rice seems lighter and not as dark. There’s too many bean sprouts. Please talk to previous owners on recipe or find a better one to stick to. Fried rice is the main thing that everyone buys. Also egg rolls were not as crunchy as they usually are. Please consider making these improvements with the food. Also I understand that it’s difficult to keep up with a lot of business but make realistic pick up times. I had to wait about 10-15min after pickup time. Previous owners ALWAYS had food ready when they said it would be. Try underpromising and over delivering. That being said. I’m glad the covid window was taken down and the remodel looks good. But obviously we come there for the food and would like to continue doing so. Thank you.

Must be under new ownership or management, got the fried rice and egg rolls tonight and it was terrible. I been coming here for the past 3 years and always ordered the same thing. Rice was very dry and rough, definitely didn’t taste like the usual fried rice at all. I’ll have to find another regular spot to go to now, this place has definitely went downhill.

Our regular place closed down 4 months ago so we tried here. We had 4 dishes, with beef, chicken, out of the hundred or so choices, so my sample size is pretty small. It was all just very mediocre, nothing bad, well, the egg foo yung sauce I would classify as bad. It had many lumps of undissolved corn starch. And the egg foo yung patties were a bit burnt. They did a good job of trimming fat off of the chicken and beef. The prices are very reasonable. Though I phone ordered ahead, I think they started cooking it when I showed up. So I was there maybe 15 min waiting. During that time, (dinner time), no other customers entered the place. Might be telling... or could just be a coincidence...

My pick up was 10 to 15 minutes after my pickup time. The food was lukewarm by the time I got home which was about 5 minutes. I didn't get my full order and after a phone call, more wait time and a call back I received a $10 credit on my wrong order. Now, I have received my credit card statement. I got my credit but was overcharged to begin with. Never again.

Ordered via Uber Eats for tonight (Christmas day). The orange chicken is AMAZING! So fresh and flavorful, very tender to boot! My fiancé’s sweet and sour chicken is also good. Thank you, China Kitchen!Edited to add it also reheats well the second day! Not many Chinese places can claim that. Thanks again!

First time ordering from this restaurant. Fried rice had a unpleasant taste and was very dry. We ordered the Szechuan Combo with extra chicken, Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, and egg rolls. There was no "extra" chicken" in the Szechuan that we could determine and it was not even a little spicy. Orange Chicken was too sweet and there was no orange flavor at all - just thick brown sauce. The Lo Mein had thin large ragged pieces of chicken and the sauce bland and watery and not very tasty. Egg rolls were crispy but bland - mostly cabbage. Nothing tasted very fresh. We will continue to search for a quality Chinese food restaurant in Naperville.
