You can lie to most people but you can't lie to a person who has worked at a chipotle. You cannot tell me that in the last 4/4 times I've been there that you have run out of honey vinaigrette. Your cashier just gave one to the guy in front of me. And I see the pan of vinaigrette in front of me. So stop lying to customers. I'm staring at a pan full of it in front of me. I will gladly pay the extra .50 cents if that's what you need. Instead of lying to customer's faces, you can always say "I'm sorry the vinaigrette only comes with the salad, or it'll be extra charge". Vinaigrette doesn't count towards C7 guys, you can always make more.

Started coming to this location after many bad experiences with the other Route 59 location. This location has been very solid in terms of portion sizes for me personally every time I order, and the food is always great. However, there have been many times where I try to come pick up my order on time and I end up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to get my food to me. Overall a lot better than the other Route 59 location, but there are some thing that this location can improve upon.

I have you a chance again. Shame on me. This is the worst ever. Your app won't let me attach any pictures. But when the food doesn't come looking like throw up, there's no potions. I will never go to another chipotle. Don't bother calling to complain because they don't care!

This was my second time giving your place a chance, since my first visit about 8 months ago. Sorry to say, it has not improved on their standards.The Entrance/Exit doors windows are filthy, fountain station was dirty, tables were dirty, as well as the overall kitchen area. It was 5 pm on a Sunday and nobody was inside. I’m surprised they actually have a 3,7 in reviews. It deserves 1 star.I really hope that someone from the Health Department shows up unexpected to help improve the way it’s currently run. I will not be returning back.

FOOD SAFETY OVERVIEW. FAKE Your restaurant sells burnt protein, which is bad for the health of the human stomach. On December 31/2023, I bought two bowls of chicken and the chicken was completely burned, so I put them in the trash, because we don't want stomach cancer, don't sell trash to your customers.

This joint seems to be mixing burnt (not charred) meat and well cooked meat to cover for mistakes caused by its high school employees. My chickens were HARD, literally was chewing crunchy pieces of ash.

Basically, I was told wait 5 minutes for rice and I did so but the workers who told me didn’t inform the rice was done until I had another customer some, with that being said I did have a worker (Sam) who checked on me twice. First, while I was waiting she checked if I was waiting for an online order and I told her what I waiting on and Second, she asked me if I had been helped yet after a few minutes had passed, I said no and she proceeded to make my bowl herself very swift (not disrupting any other orders). Sam was very nice as well, which made me forget that I even had to wait. Amazing worker! (I never give reviews… like ever)

Hello, THIS IS A WARNING!! Be AWARE!!I ordered a vegetarian bowl from this restaurant on 11/01/2023, thirty minutes after I ate, I became severely ill, sour/upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, and I had diarrhea, I went to the doctor and I'm currently on antibiotics, the doctor told me that I had food poisoning. I'm currently experiencing diarrhea this is day 8, I've lost pay/earnings due to me calling off from work. I became ill on last Wednesday 11/08/2023, some of the chipotle staff had lied about who the G.M manager were, the GM of this location hasn't returned one of calls at all. I've reported this to chipotle corporate office, and the health department. I WANT TO WARN OTHERS about this location. This is not a lie, this is all facts, this is not defamation. I have the doctor's documentation to prove my FOOD POSIONING. I pray and hope no one will ever experience what I'm going through now. I called Saturday to speak to the G.M, and a employee that works there lied on the phone, saying she was the G.M, that employee tells me on the phone to come and get a refund. I come up there to get a refund, I was treated like an criminal for over almost two hours about a refund that I was told to come and get. Someone will take accountability for the food poisoning, and my lost earnings. This is just the beginning.Mr./Ms.GM you won't get away with lying, ignoring, and avoiding the situation. God is POWERFUL.What goes up, must down. Karma is real. For the customers, please be mindful of my food poisoning and that it's been eight days, I haven't received a phone call from the G.M. please make sure all the food is fresh, and or do your own research about chipotle, then you will understand where/how I was food poisoning, how the food poisoning it came about.
