When we walked in, the manager immediately started aggressively asking what we wanted before we had a chance to even see the menu. She wouldn't let us just figure out what we wanted despite our attempts to make her stop. Note: NO ONE wants this kind of service. The workers were much better. The Apple Pie A La Cold Stone was good. The Chocolate Devotion disappointed.

Came in here today to get the Cinco de Mayo ice cream taco they had some thing on the counter that appeared to be samples in a display, so someone in my party grabbed one and a woman (that I believe was the manager) yelled, sir that's not a sample!!! SUPER LOUD to the point I almost wanted to cringe and fall into the floor So charge her an extra $1.08!! Any other place you go to if somethings up there like that those are samples the person she yelled at is mentally challenged and did not know any better. we gave them their crappy $1.08 for a bite of brownie, which is literally what it was, which is why we thought it was samples! This manager looking lady (who is a blonde with a puss on her face) didn't crack a smile once and she just looks perpetually bitchy And playing on her phone and eating and yelling at employees to clock out The eating behind the counter, which is a big no-no and I took pictures of it too, and I think I might actually contact the health department after she embarrassed my party with a developmentally challenged person in the party that didn't know any better Also, the 17-year-old brunette looking cashier could not count change from $7.01 when the total was $6.56 Mrs. Witchy had to come over and help her count the change out and take a look at their ratings from the health department, I don't think anybody should be eating here actually! Somebody needs management training or even more so personality training Not once did she appear pleasant, and everybody walking away from that counter looked visibly upset. I will never return here again. It was my first time here and my last time here never again. Yuck all around

The manager at this location is super rude to ger employees. Eat here at your own risk, all you will hear is her complaining to her employees. Definitely ruins the ambiance about the place. Otherwise, the ice cream is delicious

No one ever answers the phones, every time I order in person or online there's always an issue with my order. Either they gave me the wrong flavor or didn't add all the toppings I ordered. There have been multiple times when toppings I didn't order gets mixed in with my ice cream as well, perhaps crumbs from a different order gets mixed in with mine. This is concerning especially if someone has an allergy to something mixed in that isn't ordered (I've seen nuts/peanut butter candies as well as some fruit in the ice cream when I didn't order it.) And when I try to contact them about an issue with my online order, I never get ahold of anyone and don't get a call back. I truly love Cold Stone, its always been my favorite ice cream, but this location I've always somehow had a bad experience with.

I walked in there with my daughter and for the first few minutes eveything was okay. We got our ice cream and sat down but the lady who was I think the manager was so incredibly rude to the teenagers working there! She was telling them what to do left and right and not giving them any break even when one boy asked her! I also think she was smoking due to the smell of cigarettes coming from her. The ice cream was pretty good and the teenagers worked well with helping my daughter with her ice cream but I couldn’t ignore how incredibly diffuct the manger was.

Got there at 8:42, 18 mins left before close. They locked the doors early. A few more customers showed up right after me and we all waited for them to atleast give us a reason for closing early. No one came, they were smirking. This is absolutely horrible way to run a business. One of the other customers said she was going to be calling corporate. I will be too!

Love this place for the ice cream but their website and sign say they close at 9. We showed up at 8:30 and they were already locked and employees were inside shutting down. They saw us outside and didn’t open for us. This is a management issue. Unfortunately we were here after dinner for my birthday and I was looking forward to a vegan ice cream which the other ice cream shops don’t offer. Too bad for Cold Stone as our business went to Kilwin’s across the street (for my kids anyway).

Unfortunately I have to agree with the crowd. I've been going for years! Allowing children to run the store in downtown Naperville is horrible. I ask for shakes they are always milky. These children have no respect. They have no care how the businesses ran and apparently the owners could care less as long as they keep breaking in money, handover fist. It's quite sad. There should be a adult there to make sure that this establishment runs good, but they don't and the one that does run the place in the morning if she's even still, there is the only reason why the place does OK. Hair is tied up hair is flinging ice creams are mixing it's just not ideal for this place to be where it's at and ran by who it's ran by, I left another cold to come to this cold stone and they're both bad.
