Wow. $120 for 4 people to eat diner food, and two of us only got water to drink. Not the same quality of food and service they used to have. Also had to walk back toward the kitchen and shout for someone to take payment for the bill. My food was average. Wife and kids' food left a lot to be desired. Skillet was crusty and dry. Pancakes were hard. Could have had steak dinners and much better service for this price. Won't be returning unfortunately. As expensive as things are now, I choose to spend my money where it's valued and appreciated.

I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The meatloaf was a but dry and could use more flavor because the sauce or gravy just was not to my liking. I also had the pineapple shake and it was good but like the meatloaf it could have used more pineapple flavor. Overall, the experience was great and the food was like home or hand made.

My family and I love this restaurant. My wife has gone here for years, even before we met. Staff is always friendly, food is good, and it is a fun atmosphere. (Who doesn't love a cow statue !?! ) I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was okay. Not bad, not good, just food. No complaints. It did its job. I was hungry and it fed me well. Waitress was good and a sweetheart. I personally am not a fan of screaming kids and there were ALOT. Didn't bother my husband but I like to eat without being stared at or seeing kids running throwing things. There was a line to get in when we left so maybe the ice cream is phenominal (it did look good). I would go back for the deserts...not main meal.Kid-friendliness: Again, I personally am not fond of kids all over the place, but this would be perfect for a family with young kids to eat as a family in a restaurant without judgment.

Consistently great food in a comfortable environment. It was busy so the wait for food was a little long. I probably wouldn’t have noticed except I had 4 grandkids with me, the two youngest 5 and 6. Monday nights 1 kid eats free with an adult so 3 of the kids ate free with the adults and 13yo.They have a large kids menu with items not found everywhere. The lure of a small sundae after dinner encouraged them to clean their plates.My meatloaf was excellent and the ultimate scramble was fantastic and too large to finish. My grandson ordered the chicken tenders were amazingly prepared and he ate 3 large ones. He rarely eats much so I was impressed!What a joy to have in our neighborhood.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Mondays Large kid menu selection. When 1 kid chose a side He ended up not liking they replaced it.
