Way to loud! We had reservations no place to park I had to park across the street which really perturbed me. The waitress and bartenders are the only people that were excellent. We were late but called and even though there is a fifteen minute grace period which we made we still had to wait a long time even though we had reservations. I guess we got penalized since there wasn't a single parking spot so I had to park across the street and it took me time to walk across the street. I did drop my boyfriend at the front entrance so that he could get our table and we wouldn't be past the grace period but I guess that didn't matter. The whole experience was ridiculous. Won't return ever or recommend.

The Ginger Carrot Cake is scrumptious! Service was very good. Our server Nicole was personable and very knowledgeable about menu items. The Barbecue Chicken Salad and the Chicken Madeira (without cheese) were delicious. The warm pretzel loaf is always a treat.

We ordered the mahi mahi with coconut rice. The rice was delicious, the fish was dry and old. The brussel sprouts were delicious and so was the Tex mex salad, delicious wines and our friends all enjoyed their dinner!! So I think it was this fish they gave us that was old.

Cooper's Hawk is consistently very good. We enjoy the food and wine and like to go here for special occasions. There is a wide array of options, from filet medallions to hamburgers, something for everyone's taste buds and a variety of price points. Service is usually good...but the server we had on Easter was phenomenal! He was funny and patient and kind. Grateful he shared the holiday with us.

We dined here on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was packed, but we were able to get a wine tasting in before dinner. Manuel was fabulous in describing the different wines. We have seven tastings. The pours were generous, and the variety of different wines was great. With dinner, food is excellent and portions are a good size. They got the temperature of our steak wrong but the manager came out as soon as he heard. They offered to correct and they even took it off our bill. The customer service is outstanding! We will be returning to dine here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Dinner was perfect, food always tasty. We had 3pm reservations, requested bar seating, hostess said that they are seating us in the dining room, we didn't want that. We opted for waiting for bar seating that we requested 4 weeks prior to. We were sat at 3:20, not a bad wait for a holiday, just didn't appreciate the hostess attitude. We were celebrating our anniversary and were dismissed.
We were greeted warmly & seated promptly for our 1 PM reservation for a party of 6. Our waiter came to our table within a minute of being seated, brought us water, took our drink orders & brought us pretzel bread within minutes. He took our appetizer order followed by our entree order with just the right amount of time intervals. He was a pleasure to interact with. We all enjoyed the Easter meal.
It was Easter so it was very busy but our server was so kind and patient as were all the staff. The food was delicious and we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you for offering regular dining service during Easter instead of brunch. It was perfect for what our family needed and we appreciate the staff that worked on this day.

Cooper Hawks isn't the same as it was a couple of years ago regarding food quality since they were sold. We haven't been there for a couple of years and went there in March 2024 and it's just okay, it's still fun for couples that want to test a number of wines and apps.
Food is good most of the time. It's hit or miss, though. Also, it's hit or miss if you get a good server or not. Inconsistent food quality, but we like going there still.
