They used to do a great job with service and quality food, now the quality seems to continue to be tanking. Amazing taste, quality, presentation, etc. I love the place. I'm just salty that this dog ass company won't put their business on ANY delivery service what so ever. Maybe I'm not always sober (high or tipsy) when I want Culver's, so I get the craving to order some, but then I remember I can't because this shite is only for those that can drive at the moment; so I'll move on to another business and spend money with them. Staff was very friendly food came out in under 5 minutes and one of the older employees even offered me free food refill and they asked how my food was definitely recommended this place I will definitely be coming back here on more lunch
