Is the cup half empty or half full is the question here? It's the same thing. I love their donuts, tried a couple here which were really really sweet.When I lifted up my medium pumpkin spice latte, it felt so light as if they forgot to add the coffee in the cup. Tasted different than I remembered. Service people were super nice, so I just took it and left. Dunkin is more of a disappointment to the quality of goods here, not the great service.

Apparently, if you are Indian, you can skip the line and the Indian worker behind the counter will serve you, despite protests from other customers that have been waiting in line.I witnessed a lovely lady, waiting in line and a group of Indian men entered the store and immediately cut the line in front of her. When she protested, saying she had been waiting in line, they pretended to not know English, while giving their order to the Indian worker behind the counter. I advised this lady to call corporate and complain, because that was ridiculous and rude.

Unusually uninviting to customers. I had entered to get some coffee and they had a “customers only” sign on the bathroom door - so you have to ask staff to open the bathroom door for you. Additionally the customer In front of me asked for water which they tried to have her pay for. This is very unusual and customer restrictive management for Dunkin’s in the IL suburbs, I don’t recommend this location.

I visited there once before I ordered. I ask can I use your bathroom, and the manager said, "You have to buy something, then you can use the bathroom.I never heard that before. I left and did not waste my money on these kinds of people store.

Best Dunkin' Donuts I've been too! Staff was super friendly (not always the case) and we got what we ordered (also, not always the case). I tried the cold brew and wasn't impressed, but I like Dunkin for their donuts, not their coffee (I was there for my boyfriend!). Overall, an excellent Dunkin

Went to get coffee with my sister in 80° weather and when I asked if I could have some water they denied me water after that I got my coffee and I asked for another straw so that we could share they told me I would have to pay for that. I was like pay for a straw? How much do I have to pay? And then they were like fine fine here take the straw. Since when do you have to pay for straws? Also, how can you deny somebody water? Such an odd experience turned me off to coming to dunkin completely..would not recommend coming here because of the staff!!

Thank you for selling me “day old” donuts on 12-19-22, 7:30 am. Of course I’m long gone by the time we open up the box. Don’t tell me you don’t know when you pick them up to place them in the bag/box. Hard as a rock. Even the frosting is a slightly different color.
