We visited this location last night and when I went to pay for my order I noticed the price was almost $10 different from what was on the screen above. Because they are adding a tip and hoping you don’t notice. When I said why is this price difference he tried to act confused. And another associate chimed in and said o use this register because that on has been doing that lately.

Good burger and good fries. A little on the pricey side for me but they do give you alot of fries. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable. First time trying a five guys burger. Was pretty good but I have had better. If I didn't have another choice I would have again. Definitely will not go out of my way to get one. That being said it was not a bad experience, just not that impressed. Try for yourself, you might like the meal.
Have always liked Five Guys, especially when we want fries. They always dump a lot more fries in the bag. This time there was way too much salt on the fries, though. Also, like most places, the prices have increased significantly.
I haven’t had five guys in many years. Quality has definitely gone down hill. Patty texture was like a boiled burger instead of grilled?? No crisp. Wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese.

Horrible experience I went In asked for double cheese burger and drink they charger for two double cheese burgers I went up to the counter and said I only ordered one the Manger looked annoyed didn't say anything and gave me a refund after having to also state I didn't even get a second one in the bag never going here

So I took my 3 year old to Five Guys today. I have not been in years. First, hard to believe they don't have a kids burger. I ordered a single just cheese, a medium fry and a drink without looking at prices. My plan was to share the burger as my kid would not eat it all. My jaw dropped....a few cents short of $20 bucks. I was fine with that as we needed to eat but the burger was simply not worth $9 plus dollars. Have you had a Five Guys with just cheese? The meat just doesn't seem worth it, not much flavor and borderline grizzly. I've enjoyed the burgers before but they were loaded which helped doctor the quality and flavor of the burger. No way it competes with a fresh off the grill Quarter Pounder. Service was fine, place was clean and the fries were awesome. Just not worth the price for a serve yourself restaurant without a drive through. Essentially we had a $20 Happy Mark, lol with out a toy!

On this day Friday, September 29th, 2023 My friends and I walked into five guys on our weekly downtown trip. We previously got take out from MOD / Noodles and Co. as we are taking a seat we are viciously yelled at by a 5’11 buzzed hair male in his late twenties. At the top of his lungs he yelled “NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS” multiple times. The whole restaurant went silent as his voice sent shockwaves throughout the building. We had no other choice but leave the premises. This man showed absolutely no hospitality. Normally I would rate this restaurant a 5 out of 5 but after this experience my opinion has changed. Enough is enough.
This review is NOT about the workers behind the counter. The girl who waited on me was very nice and accommodating. The food? Very over priced, IMO. Yes, food is expensive nowadays...I ordered the smallest cheeseburger and it was $9.19. apparently the long list of toppings are free, including sautéed mushrooms. The fries (which are fresh cut) were good and they do give you a lot - even for a tiny order. I think they were over $5.00 for the smallest order. The company even has sacks of potatoes and on a board it is written in what farm they are from. I ordered a chocolate shake which was just okay. Would I give them another try? I don't think so. My bill was $22.00 and some change. There are way better places to get a good burger at a regular restaurant that are cheaper than this chain. The decor is casual and has sacks of the potatoes they use and signage of good reviews they've gotten. Probably to convince you what you're eating is worth the exorbitant price you just paid for a burger...

Went here the other day with my friend and couldn't believe it. The manager Martin was being so rude to the employees for no reason. He definitely gave off a creepy vibe as well, i wouldnt want him as my manager or id be gone in an instant.

Not TOP 3 of the Five Guys I've tested around the globe. The fries was not crispy enough. The burger was ok. They play music way to loud, made us wanna leave asap - this doesn't give me a Grest eating experience.

I always place a to-go order whether directly through Five Guys or DoorDash. The restaurant is clean, service is good, and the my order is complete, correct, and delicious every time. Parking in the lot can be a bit interesting and with construction nearby, delivery has been my preferred option.
