Deep dish pizza is a must tourist stop in Chicago, you just need to plan ahead because this isn't "fast" food. I planned for an hour and placed an order for pick up. I ordered a personal 6" pizza with my own combo of toppings. It was perfect. Deep dish with great cheese stretchiness. Flavor was just what I wanted. I carried out but staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.

Had an amazing experience at Giordano’s today. We were served by Clara who was super sweet and helpful and made our experience here memorable. Hands down the best server i’ve come across!

Food was greasy and bland. Our deep dish was terribly small, nothing deep about it. Our server was quite nice although she never mentioned her name. Not at all worth it for the price. Italian beef bites lacked flavor and again were greasy. The bruschetta was too big and was stacked with diced tomatoes, making it hard to eat. The tomatoes didn't taste fresh.
