The food here is gross! I ordered a $60 meal and tossed the chicken vindaloo. The chicken was old, stale and gross. Their website is not updated and I ordered brown rice and the guy calls me after the order is ready to say that there was no brown rice. Pl save yourself money and your health!

The total menu is very expensive. We ordered chole curry which was $18 and that too not having good taste. The restaurant was empty.

Ambiance is good. Both Veg and Non-Veg options are more, but the taste is okay. The manchow soup had raw onions in it, which I was not expecting. Same was the case with Gobi manchurian. The silverware cutleries was not clean, I had to clean it myself.

Highly not recommended, save your self from ER!I went there with my family. We ordered burnt garlic fried rice, my sister was eating the rice and something hard got crushed in her teeth she spit it out and found out it was a sharp piece of plastic. We talked to the manager and she apologized also offered us another dish for free, but we were so disappointed that we didn’t order anything else. The manager told us they don’t use glass or plastic in kitchen so they don’t know how it happened. Small piece of sharp plastic can be dangerous, if swallowed can damage organs my sister was lucky enough she didn’t swallow it. I would never ever go to this place again.I don’t think the chef is paying attention while cooking since this mistake can be life threatening. They need to pay more attention to quality of food and also they need to follow guidelines set by the city. I hope this never happens again with anyone else.

This food had above average food so we went there few times before I decided to never go back. The service is poor - there’s only one person in the front, I believe his name is Gautam who does everything from being the host, server, busser, bartender, runner and may be the sous chef too. If you go at 2, they won’t let you in because they close at 2:30. If you go before 12, they won’t let you in because they forget to open the door of the restaurant and the staff is busy eating. If you if you order online, they will forget to pack the entire order. All this while the restaurant is mostly empty. But we still gave them chances in hopes that they will pick up and be a better place… but just last Friday we reached there at 12 and the doors were closed. We called and they said oops and opened the door. We placed the order from lunch menu - so a main course item that should come with soup and spring roll. We first got soup that was only sour and not hot, then one of us got the lunch main course while other waited for 15 mins. That’s the duration we want to spend time in a restaurant. Then came my lamb which was supposed to be spicy but was only super sweet. So I asked the multi-functional server if they have had a change in chef and he agreed that they have. The only other occupied table also complained. He didn’t even apologize for the bad food quality. Then after we asked they got the spring rolls. In all I felt it’s lost the one star it had as well. If you’re the owner reading it, please monitor the food quality and taste. I don’t bad mouth business because we all have bad days but this has been a going down trend. Good luck!

I was very disappointed at trying to get a table. The owner wanted me to wait until my party of 5 arrived. I wanted to have a drink in the mean time but they ignored my request. On top of all 5-6 tables were empty. I have never had such an experience!!

We were very disappointed by our overall experience at this location. We decided visit this inchin location with some hope that the service would be similar to their Schaumburg location. Very poor management. Restaurant was very cold due to HVAC system issue. Only one small space heater was placed on a counter to warm entire restaurant. We ordered chicken manchow soup, burnt garlic fried rice, tripple Schezwan rice/noodles and american chopsuey.Chicken manchow ... very small portions with average taste.Burnt garlic fried ... Tests like leftover dry white rice with chilli flakes. No sign of garlic at all.Tripple Schezwan rice/.. very mediocre quality and taste. They agreed to replace burnt garlic fried rice with their best recipe of chicken 65 fried rice. It turned out to be the worst dish out of what we ordered. It was more like marinated chicken pieces and rice tossed in tomato ketchup. We found mustard seeds in chicken 65 fried rice. Really? Mustard seeds in fried rice????

Nice ambience, clean place, good service. But the food lacks the soul of Indo-Chinese. It felt a bit bland and weak in flavors. This place needs to add a dash of spice and flavors, and find the punch that you expect from Inchin, with garlic, ginger, a pinch of Indian flavored chilly sauce, and robustness of Soya sauce. The hot garlic chicken wasn't really hot, and was more sweetish. Reminded me of Orange chicken. The Singapore noodles were executed well in terms of cooking and cut of veggies, but the flavor was weak.I really hope they up their game so people consider this place, in addition to Bombay Chopsticks. And we sure don't want to make the trek to Schaumburg, for decent IndoChinese.

I recently visited with my group of 8friends. The experience was so good. Food was excellent . The server “sai” suggested some drinks and food was fingerlicking and service was great. Will definitely come again and again??

Throughly disappointed with the service. We were a group of 4 people who drove all the way from Chicago to Naperville (30+ miles) to have Indochinese food.On reaching, we were offered a table which was too snug and uncomfortable for 4 people. My friend requested a bigger table, the waiter refused. I requested again saying this is uncomfortable, can we please be seated at a bigger table to which the waiter said “No. we need the table if other customers come”.For reference, the restaurant was 80% empty. Please refer to the pictures I have taken of the restaurant at that point.I would completely agree to this if the restaurant didn’t have other tables available but there was more than enough space and we could’ve sat at a bigger table on requesting twice. This just translates to me as being rude and inflexible. At the end, given the table and seating was small, the waiter spilled water on me. To which, the waiter apologized very unapologetically.I 100% give benefit of the doubt to the spill, and I understand it was not intentional, but just made the experience from bad to worse. The food is decent, 5/10.I wouldn’t go back and neither recommended ever anyone to go back again to a restaurant where they make you scooch in an uncomfortable space.1/10 for service.Just a sad experience.

First and last time eating from there. Me and my husband had high expectations because the food photos looked amazing, we ordered through DoorDash, and OMG... it was RAW! Raw wings!!!, raw shrimp (different order), I selected the no spicy food and couldn't even eat for the extremely spicy it was. I mean I can get it, maybe the restaurant style is focused on spicy food, but C'MON I've never seen or eaten Raw Wings. Like why? We were so sad at the end and now won't order never again.
