The salad bar has an unlimited supply of bland options. The highlight of the restaurant, unfortunately, is the all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream machine.

I ordered the managers special Tomato Basil soup with a bacon Cuban sandwich and I found it to be a bit salty probably from the bacon. I stopped in for dinner before attending a seminar at NIU. I have been eating at Jason's deli for years and I must say that this is the first time I haven't been absolutely pleased with the food.

Ordered the Reuben and the meat was so tough I could not even bite through it. Ate the bread only. It was disgusting, left it on my plate. And no cups or spoons for ice cream. This place used to be good but has gone down hill drastically.Will not be returning!

A great place to hang out with my little guys and mother-in-law. If you dine-in, you get a free cone. My 2 yo devoured his chicken tenders, my 4 yo loved his pasta and even ate some meatballs. We all enjoyed the guac, my MIL loved her trip to the salad bar which comes with the manager's special. I can't believe it took me so long to actually come in here, I'm a frequent delivery customer but now I think we'll dine-in more often!Kid-friendliness: Awesome place for kids, the kids menu has a variety of options of favorites and the free ice cream cone is a perfect treat after filling up on some fresh yummy food.

The salad bar was good but over priced. I got a 1/2 sandwich and small salad bar. One trip only for salad, used to be unlimited if I remember correctly. The sandwich was completely inedible, very poor quality meats that were not meant for heating, they were all dried out like some sort of hard synthetic foul-smelling meat plastic. I took it home figuring my dogs out the chickens would eat it but they wouldn't! Cutting quality, changing prices and offerings = less customers. I would not eat here again.

The food here is always good, just served with an attitude steeped in mediocrity. The cashiers could do a better job at being attentive and helpful.Parking: This location shares a lot with many other shops and eateries so at peak times like lunch hour it can be tricky to find a close spot.
I don't normally like doing review but in this ocasión I had to. I ordered from Uber eats. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich, and a fruit cup and a side of potato salad. Ended up paying like $27, when I got my food the sandwich was just half which I ordered a whole sandwich . Then the fruit cup had strawberries, grapes and ONIONS. That fruit was not edible nor sure how that mistake could have been made but they need to be careful and do better.
