The got my pizza order wrong, and when i told them they didnt care!!!!The girl, i believe her name is Emily said she would give me a $25 credit. I told her no i didnt want a credit since i wont be ordering ftom them again. It was my first time ordering from this location. So she told me she would give me a refund....which i never received!!!!!!

The automated system is very inaccurate. It was about 45 min off for pickup. I had to wait that long. Seems like it could be easily corrected. Great pizza.

I am extremely disappointed with this overcooked pizza. The best part of a pizza, the cheese, was completely ruined. It was hard and burnt, completely unappetizing. I love when the cheese is melted and gooey, but this was far from it. I cannot believe that they thought it was acceptable to deliver this to me.

The only reason I gave a 5 was for the kid working. I ordered delivery on Wednesday November 22. I received a text saying there were no delivery drivers. So I went to pick it up. To my shock when I got there, one employee was working and the waiting area was full!! It was around noon. The employee stated his boss had left and he was a new employee and the only one there. SHAME ON the “boss” This kid was doing an exceptional job and he deserves more than to be working for a place like that!! I would have quit!

The sign on the door says single slices available all day. That is a lie. They do not! I've checked multiple times. I guess this location doesn't participate in that corporate program

This is the first time this has happened but pizza was overcooked. Ssusage, pepperoni, bacon and crust were burnt. Did not taste well at all. Boneless wings were dry and cold. Very unusual but very disappointed. Will rethink next time and try somewhere

Ordered a few custom pizzas from this location and all were phenomenal. Never have done the combo of Detroit-style turbo crust with sausage, chicken, giardenera, and jalapeños - so so good. Solid location, haven’t had a bad order from here yet ?

Ordered delivery through Slice service. Jet's confirmed the order to slice for delivery between 4:56 and 5:11pm. Nothing arrived. I called and Slice delivery asked if we could give Jets "a little more time". I agreed. 15 minutes later had no further update. Called Jets directly. They claimed their internet was down and they had received no orders nor issued any confirmations. Interesting. Called Slice delivery service back. They made me wait 10 minutes while they confirmed they could cancel the order. When they returned, they informed me that my PayPal would be credited in TWO DAYS!What a scam. Avoid both Slice Delivery Service and Jets Pizza.
