So disappointed with this location. Ordered 3 sandwiches and one wrap. They took the bread out of each sandwich when I told them to leave it in. It says on the receipt to leave in. They heated up the three sandwiches. I never said I wanted them heated. I’ve ordered these same sandwiches dozens of times over the years and never once were they heated. My wrap was so sloppy in the construction that everything fell out when I unwrapped it. Also, it was swimming in sauce to the point that I threw it away halfway through. Will never return to this location.

Forgot sandwiches. Sandwich looked skimpy. More bread than meat. I’d choose a different location or go to Jersey Mike’s.

Food was just delivered (See pictures). Dirt/Mud in box, mud on cups and lids. How does a driver or whoever put the order together not see that? Very very disappointing.

My office and I always order from this location with no issues. Today I placed an order at 1:41 pm and after 45 minutes I decided to because I hadn't received my order. I was informed that the driver was unable to locate my building and may already dropped my order off. I was then told that they would reachout to the driver and give me a call back. At 3:05pm one of our nurses noticed the food sitting outside of the door. We didn't get a knock on the door or even doorknob jiggle. I called them back to inform them of what happened, my response was if the door isn't open they will leave the order at the door and she was glad I received my order. If I had ordered DoorDash that would have been expected, but never from Jimmy John's. That's very disappointing we won't order from there again.

Every time I have it delivered it’s a headache. The food shows up maybe half the time and the employees refuse to follow the simplest of instructions

Really disappointed in this store for their lack of customer service. Called and worker was rude and did not care about my order. Delivery driver was super nice and sweet.
I ordered for lunch today thru the Jimmy John's app and forgot to modify my sandwich. When I noticed, I called the store to let them know and the worker said " your order was sent out 7 mins ago and there's nothing I can do about it. You can just order another sandwich." So does that mean I have to spend double the money now? It was a mistake and I just find it disrespectful because that could've been worded differently. There's always something that can be done about that situation. The delivery driver was nice and apologetic. It had nothing to do with delivery.

I needed to eat, if I would have waited any longer I was going to be hangry. I always forget that this Jimmy John's is here as it's rather hidden in this strip mall. I forgot that they have a rewards program, and I completely guessed what phone number I signed up with. I couldn't tell you how many points or if I'm close to reaping any rewards but I'm closer to getting something for free, I assume. I knew my sandwich was going to be ready freaky fast and it sure was. I hadn't even filled up my cup and my order was ready. I was going to leave but I felt that hunger only growing stronger with every step. I sat and enjoyed the free smells, the free refills and the really clean table I sat at. I finished that sandwich faster than it could have been delivered. I said thank you and that's how it was. I'll repeat this visit someday and not get the gargantuan, that's a lot of food and was ready fast.
