No more dijon mustard option. Horrible corporate decision. I have no desire to order my fav sandwich (beach club) without it. Goin elsewhere from now on.

Literally had to instruct them how to make my sandwich. I only had two things different from normal (ez cheese and cut in half) and they forgot to do both ?

Freaky fast??? I don't think so! It's been almost an hour and my order isn't even on its way yet, even after calling. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I worked in the food industry, I know what it's like. My manager would've lit me up if an order was an hour late! Absolutely ridiculous!

Worst place to work for , Former Assistant Manager they underpay and will fire once you stand up for yourself . Staff never washes hands . Beware of the reused Vegetables from the day before and they sold bad bacon I don't recommend eating or working here

Great service and an awesome sandwich! Placed in a great location within downtown Naperville. Cashier did a great job of providing awesome service will juggling training of a new employee.

Slowest deleivery ever 1 hour and 45 mins for a sandwhich
50 minutes by the time the sandwiches arrived. First time it ever took more than 15 min otherwise everything else was great

Jimmy John’s is always an awesome experience for me. Although I felt the male at 12:15pm 12/09/21 cashier could of expressed better costumer service. And not so rudely spoken. He did his job in asking what I’d like. It was how he said it that seemed rude. Other than that the employee whom handed my sandwich was nice & directed me in finding my chips that I didn’t easily see at the counter on the beginning of my order. And of course always quick in service!! Thanks!
