Look, I wish they’d just pay more attention to the order details. Every time it seems something is wrong, but hey at least it got here fast.

I usually don’t have any issues, but today was extremely disappointing. Not only was there an hour wait for my delivery but they gave me the wrong chips (asked for reg they gave me jalapeno, yuck) and my sandwich was awful. Bread tasted stale and although I asked for easy lettuce and tomato, there was no tomato and 2 pieces of lettuce. Very little meat, you’d think I ordered a slim. I really dont like wasting my money. Especially when I pay extra for delivery. I understand they only have one driver, but with all that extra time they had waiting for the driver, they couldve ensured that the orders were right.

It is the freakiest of the freaky fast JJ's. The place is clean, the crew is efficient and pleasant. The atmosphere is rather basic, but. . . C'mon.

If you’re going to offer Apple Pay, have the equipment to offer the procedure as intended...contactless. Thankfully to her she at least asked to grab the phone.

Horrible experience at this location. Took an hour for delivery and the rep on the phone was least bothered. Don’t recommend. The one in Plainfield is a lot better.

Excellent experience. The sandwich was in my hands before we received our change. It was delicious and employees were great.

Horrible, incomplete order and they refused to deliver the rest or refund my money for the food they didn’t deliver.

Although I doubt my review will deter anyone from going here I would still like the management team to know about my recent unsatisfactory experience with this location (if they even bother to read these) On 1/25/22 I placed an order via the app. I ordered a #16 with no tomato and add avocado spread with an unsweetened iced tea. Normally JJ is very fast and it took almost 45 mins to get my order, but I understand with the snow and lack of help these days sometimes there will be a delay. My issue is that when my order came I put my straw in my drink and BAM hits me like a truck because I was given some kind of soda! I do not drink soda of any kind nor have I in many years. I called the manager and he was polite and apologized and said he will send someone out with my drink asap. Well now after I hang up I get to my sandwich and notice there is literally not even a quarter sized "smear" of avocado on it so I call back to discuss this as well. The manager assured me he would fix it and get someone out right away About 40 mins passed by before someone came back with my food and drink. The drink is now fine but I feel like the joke is on me again because while my sandwich is correct this time, the bread is hard and stale and I know it is not from a batch made today. Luckily I still had the old sandwich and I just moved my toppings on to the first bread (which was still very soft) I understand people make mistakes and the manager did seem to be polite when I called but cmon after you mess up an order once, you need to make sure the replacement order is PERFECT especially after now waiting over an hour and a half for a simple sandwich!!

No masks! Only 1 out of 4 workers were wearing masks. With current Covid surge, it doesn't seem responsible or healthy.

No masks while making food. During these times it seems highly unsanitary. Breathing over food may not bother some of you but if it does save yourself a trip there and go somewhere else- lots of great choices in the area!
