I really hate to write this post. I visited Juicy-O's pre-pandemic. And it was amazing. I got the Donut Flavored pancakes and was so pleased to get free mini donuts as a complimentary appetizer. I talked to all of my peeps in the Chicago area, and raved about how amazing it was. After waiting nearly 2 years to go back, I felt such a face slap when going back. I'll first start by sharing, I don't think I can ever eat Chicken Sausage again. I received 3 cold links and it just made my stomach turn over and over after trying to consume. Some might ask, how come you didn't tell the waitress. Unfortunately, it got busy and she disappeared on us. Once we were done then she quickly asked and dropped off the check. Not really much to go back from there. Besides the terrible sausage, I was finally glad to get my donut pancakes that I've been craving for. Boy was I disappointed again, second face palm. The pancakes were just there general pancakes with an icing on it that resembles more of a cupcake then a pancake. I wish I could give more than 2 stars but it was such a bummer, because although we got our complimentary donuts. We had to ask for it after 3 other tables were seated and got there own. Sorry guys, no longer a fan.

Enjoyed lunch with the hubby. Weird going out now. Workers wore no masks but food was delicious - though not a lot of chicken in my chicken omelette. More potatoes than meat.

Had an amazing time! Food was delicious! I would highly recommend this place!!! Also the blended juices are BOMB! I mean everything was BOMB! The staff were amazing as well!! JUST GOOOOOOO!!!!

Juicy O was a huge disappointment this time. Slow lazy service, strong, warm, bitter decaf coffee tasted old. Jimmy's potatoes were way too salty. Sausage had a strange aftertaste and onions were burnt. Donut machine was "broken" also. Waitress never did ask my wife if she would like more iced tea.Food and service widely missed the mark. Will be a long time if I return.

this was a good place and I used to like it, but this last time a called for a reservation and it was fine until we were taken to our table, waited for about 10 min and nobody came to even offer drinks until they realized we were there. my food was undercooked. I drove almost half an hour just to throw my money in the garbage where is my food ended up. I really doubt coming back

They have a pretty good vegan selection. The vegan pancakes were delicious. Definitely will return.

We were discriminated by the server Morgan (A white short lady). The food was not served rather it was thrown on our table. Front desk staff never greeted us. Poor management. Taste also not that much great. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I'd come back for the unlimited warm mini donuts. Humorous environment, busy waiters. the house coffee was 3/5 but their specialty drinks look great. the portions are huge and the ingredients taste fresh. the overall taste of the dish is above average, not amazing but not bad enough to not come again. It's a good feeling when you sit inside and take a bite into the little donuts. The lemon blueberry pancakes were light. The lemon tasted like watered down frosting with blueberries on top. The omelette tasted better with cholula, salt pepper . Jimmy potatoes were good with ketchup. but omelette had very fresh ingredients. I know it's not the best food, but it's a nice cozy experience. I was told the skillets are better than omelette. So I would come back to try that next time.
There service is not the best and they keep changing the drink we ordered and not giving us they drink we asked. Also the bathroom clearly doesn't have proper maintenance and was disgusting. However the food tasted fresh and the donuts they give in the beginning are extremely fresh and melt in your mouth. The artichoke omelette barely had flavor and was pretty bland without cholula hot sauce. The lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes were soft and fluffy and the sauce was amazing and was very light as well. The 2 stars are because the pancakes were delicious and the interior decorating is pretty funny since it has jokes all over the wall. But the bathroom was not clean and that makes me wonder what else isn't plus they messed up the drinks a lot.

Ordered for delivery, only made half my order. Food arrived early and no notification (doorbell, text, call, etc.) so even the food that came was cold. Go in person or don't go at all.

We did not had good experience overall. We went there on Mother's day. Their' Breakfast menu is attractive but food was awful. I am not going back to this place again.
