Am not sure why this place is rated so high. It’s over price for the little that you get. There is a restaurant in Plainfield called Zuka you get soup salads noddles chicken fried rice and whatever you choose for hibachi meat and then ice cream. Here you have to choose between soup or salad. No noddles. Extra for chicken fried rice and no desert. So to me this place isn’t worth the amount we spent only on 2 people over $100. To me go where your money goes a long way an here just isn’t it. And the food didn’t taste as good. So if your looking for good food and worth you’re money this isn’t it.

Certainly, one of the nicest hibachi places around. We were visiting from the Cleveland area, which has great hibachi itself, and this place was really, really good. Good quality and quantity. The atmosphere was great. It didn't look like much from the outside, but once you get it, it's very nice.
Visited with family and friends several times. Always have hibachi . Performance is good. Recently the price is up and service is down.

Atmosphere was nice, service fast. But main reason why I came there to have tasty sushi. That was not it. Nor fresh, nor tasty. Below average. Dragon sushi tasted really bad, fish was poor quality. We didn’t finish it. Even sake didn’t help. Not coming back, poor quality food.

We enjoy coming to Kiku a few times a year, it doesn't disappoint with either the food or service. The sushi is also quite good. Our grill chef was fantastic, friendly and quite competent with the cooking and knife skills. You won't leave hungry, for sure.

I have been a loyal customer of this Hibachi restaurant for over 15 years. It is undoubtedly one of the finest establishments in Naperville. The skilled chefs not only provide entertaining performances, but they also serve deliciously prepared food. The entire experience is engaging and enjoyable, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking quality dining.

Better service from the waiter would have made it a better experience.
The food was great. Exception being the soup was served barely even warm. The hibachi chef was fantastic - cooked everything perfect for us. Service in particular has some room for improvement as our drinks and sushi roll were served after a long long wait. More importantly, they were delicious though. It was also very cold where we were seated by the door. We'll certainly return but will request seat away from door during winter.

I was disappointed in how fatty my filet was. On your menu, you do not offer a double filet option under combinations. Last time I was there, I was charged for 2 meals b/c I wanted double filet. Last night, I was charged an additional $25 for the extra filet that definitely did not look like 8 oz. It was much smaller than the other filet. If I am paying extra for an additional filet, then it should be the same size as the other one. I understand prices have increased but this was highway robbery. Kiku has gone down as a restaurant and I have been going since the day you opened your doors. I don't go as much as I use too. It's sad!
The place is okay, definitely needs to clean up a bit. Entrance door has a broken pane with glass on the edges. But not here to talk about that, food was great and cook was very entertaining. I made reservations for 6:30pm we didn't get seated until about 7:00pm!
Had a wonderful experience for our first visit. A new twist on dining. Our chief was outstanding. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something new to do or celebrating a special occasion
