Words cannot describe how much I love this place. After having their hot Cheeto elotes, I don't want them from anywhere else. The portion is perfect, the consistency is great, and the flavors are incredible. You truly have not lived until you've had them. Besides that, their paletas are absolutely insane. They have so many flavors; my personal favorites being the snickers, cookie monster, and ferrero rocher. And a final shoutout to their kitkat ice cream (with real pieces of kitkat) - it is absolutely amazing. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, this is by far the best michoacana out there. I recommend this place to everyone, and will continue to do so forever.

The fact that they pass to the customer a 4% charge for the use of a debit card or credit card make me think twice before coming back to this location. Customer should never be charged for the use of debit or credit cards. That is something that the business are responsible not a customer. And NOT you're not offering a 4% discount when paying with cash instead. You just not charging the 4%. Very disappointed with the way they conduct business here.

The mango Nada is the best in town. I mean it's high in calories but you just can't resist the temptation. I think the nachos and other flavors of icecreams are also very good but the mango nada is clearly the goto option without a doubt

The food here is so good! I’m almost an hour away but i’ll definitely stop by when i’m around.
Look at this tiny cheap quality cup with comparison with my daughter's hand. It's too pricey for such a small cup, around 4 dollars. I wouldn't come back again.

The fruit is canned and not fresh typical businesses like this have. When selecting my fruit only I could only pick a section designated for yogurt and was told others were for other menu items. The older male taking my order had too many restrictions.

If you have a chance to come through here, please do. This is as close to Mexican ice cream and snacks you are gone get outside of Mexico. The ice creams milk or water, your choice. There has to be over a 100 flavors. My favorite is the Ferrer Rocher. The Doritos bags with all the fixings, I'm not sure what they are called but it's insane and delicious. Highly recommend! Michoacana please open up a shop in NYC, preferably in Queens, en la Roosevelt.
