I have to say for my first time here. I was treated VIP as soon as I walked in. Heidi was our server. She was awesome, she had told the manager Mike it was our first time. He came to the table. When invited, I thought it was a hotdog joint. No problem, I like hotdogs. It was much, much more. The name eludes to it dog theme. Pretty cool. The menu selection is varied. I ordered a Chicken Mediterranean Bowl. Didn't expect it to taste as good as a Mediterranean restaurant, but to my surprise, it was absolutely delicious! I would go again. Dishes I gazed others eating I might want to try.Vegetarian options: They were willing to alter items at the request of my vegetarian sister.Parking: No problemKid-friendliness: There seemed to be a party for a large group with plenty of young. I sure they would have enjoyed the sprinkles cake and ice cream my friend could not wait to eat!

Should have done more research on Lazy Dog being a dog friendly restaurant(s). So it smelled of dog(s). We arrived at a good time and were seated quickly but as we were leaving many people were waiting for a table. Our service was great as busy as it was for Saturday dinner. However the Dining area was extremely noisy. We had a booth near the restroom so we were on a high traffic route. The food was a fair portion but did not have any flavor and expensive. The free waffle chips and French fries were enjoyable but the watery tortilla soup and Kung Pao Wok had no flavor. The kids Mac & Cheese was clumpy not creamy and the kids buttered noodles did not stay warm so the butter was solidifying. I don’t recommend Lazy Dog - Naperville.

Shrinkflation has reached Lazy Dog.*We used to order from here a lot because the food was consistent and good. But compared to our order 2 months ago a lot has changed in quality and quantity.- The cheese curds amount decreased and the curds were just cheese sticks - the texture was not springy and more of a mozzarella stick. Also the “curds” dripped all over the air fryer at 325 reheat (which happens with mozzarella sticks) - before they would retain the shape.- The amount of candied bacon was halved in width and they are cut thinner.- the amount of tortilla soup also reduced - I ordered a bowl and the amount was a bit more than a cup compared to how it was before.We also got a few more items but these were not our go-tos so I can’t speak on that. Tasted okay.Very upsetting to lose yet another good place to shrinkflation but guess this is the world we currently live in.

Mark was our server, he went above and beyond expectations, and considering my job is a GM of Smoke on the Water in Wisconsin, my expectations are quite high. We drove down here to buy a car for my wife, and the dealership highly recommended this amazing place. I am so happy they did. Stop here for a great overall experience!
