The interior is very cute!! The turtle ganache and turtle cheesecake were so delicious. Honestly, mouth watering! They were pretty busy when we came in so they weren’t able to answer many questions. But I’m glad I was able to stop by and try this place out.

We stopped in for a dessert after having dinner nearby and were so happy that we did. My wife and I had only previously bought truffles from the store and had never actually gotten a table in the restaurant before. Our server Ferris was very accommodating without being overbearing. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake along with a cappuccino and decaf espresso. We not only loved the food but enjoyed a wonderfully long conversation in the chill and relaxed atmosphere. It was such an enjoyable evening there that we would have lingered longer if they hadn’t been so busy. What a great find (even though we’ve been to store several times)! Five stars all the way….We will definitely be back!

We stopped in for dessert after having dinner downtown. We’ve been in the chocolate shop portion many times, but this was the first time we sat in the bistro/patisserie and I’m so disappointed that we haven’t been here before!Ferris was a delightful server and had the perfect balance of being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our cake and coffee. The flourless chocolate cake was delicious and went well with a cappuccino.We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.An added plus- the bill came with a QR code that allowed for quick cashless payment without having to watch our card walk away.
Stopped in to browse on a weekday afternoon and was able to get a look at their event space. Very cute! The staff was very friendly and told us about some of the fun upcoming events they have planned. I tried the Mexican chocolate truffle and the salted dark chocolate truffle. I loved the Mexican chocolate truffle, it had such a great spiced flavor and was not overpowering. The chocolate was rich and not overly sweet- I loved it! The salted dark chocolate was good on the outside but I was not a fan of the filling- tasted like chocolate frosting. I will definitely be back to try more!

I don't leave reviews very often and I don't mind spending money on a quality product with quality service. That being said, this shop is a disappointment. It's beautiful inside and the display is mouthwatering, but the customer service is horrendous and leaves me feeling like I missed out. I wouldn't mind paying their steep prices had the boy behind the counter been able to actually talk to me about what everything was since nothing was labeled. I feel like his recommendation was based off the convenience of it's packaging to get me out of the store faster.

This once great restaurant and chocolatier has fallen so hard. The service and atmosphere used to be amazing, now the waitstaff sits at tables gossiping and clanging tubs of silverware on tables in the dining room making noise and with their backs turned to the patrons. The wood floor in the chocolate store has so much wax on it you have to be careful not to fall. There used to be romantic, classic music playing and now there is teeny-bopper skater music. So sad what happened to this place. Saturday evening at 7pm and there were 4 people in there. Needs new management/ownership.

They can say what they want about it being because of the cold case but we had some from sparrow coffee straight out of case and they were delicious7 Layer 0 literally the worst bar I’ve ever had. Way to sweet with all the wrong flavors. Tasted just like straight butter cream frosting.0 the plastic shell around it was impossible to get off I had to ruin the whole cake to get to it. It wasn’t horrible but I’ve had better from Walmart.Overall pretty place and maybe good if you go sit down in the restaurant, but getting things to go was not good at all. Also rude staff on her phone when we walked in and didn’t offer help or explain things to us.

Thanks to google for recommending this place for a hot chocolate on a cold Sunday.Loved the ambience and the service. The staff were polite and friendly.Ordered European sipping, Avocado Burrata Toast and a roasted vegetable savoury crepe.The European sipping hot chocolate took me back to my hot chocolate days in Ireland. Extremely good. It was thick, warm and the whipped cream on top completed it. Wholesome.The avocado burrata toast had too much balsamic vinegar on top. Didn’t enjoy it much.The roasted vegetable crepe has pesto mayo with vegetable filling. We customised it with a side of salad. It was sufficient for 2 people to share. It was delicious.I would highly recommend this place for the hot chocolate. I've come here quite a few times before and they always have delicious desserts to try. They have a bistro side that serves desserts, drinks, and martinis. Their Patisserie side holds all their sweets and confectionery. My favorites are the flourless chocolate cake, it's dense and rich, almost like digging into truffle. My all time favorite is the turtle cheesecake, the caramel on top is unique, rich, and aromatic. The store itself is cute, on busy days it may be difficult to get seated on the bistro side, otherwise the employees are super friendly and helpful!
