They had two people working on Super Bowl Sunday. They are over an hour behind on orders. You are unable to speak to anyone to see when your order might be done. They keep missing items on peoples orders. The employees here are super unprofessional. An employee was swearing at a customer.

This one facility is being terribly managed, there's zero regard for customer's time and customer service is null.Was there last night, ordered online for 7pm pickup with one hour of notice, arrived at 7:10pm so as to give them a little extra time to have it ready as it had already happened to me once at this location where order wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes, anyways, last night was told it wasn't ready again and to wait 10-15 minutes, that turned into more than 30 minutes and I had to call them to the front as they seem to be hiding in the back doing who knows what while everyone's waiting in the front. Asked for a status of my order and this young lady had no idea what's going on and clearly does not care by the face she made when I asked.I paid for the extra pepperoni pizza and got them "regular" I doubt those were for me or if they're even paying attention to the orders when making them.I rarely write bad reviews but this one time I just had to as this is the 2nd time this happens in a row at this location.Never coming back here.

I went inside and I tried to change my pizza and they said they couldn’t because it’s was already in the oven…. I understand I order cheese but like 30 second later I went in and asked kindly if she could change it but that was excuse. I was trying to get her attention but she also yelled at me to back up as if I was behind the counter. Worst of all the pizza wasn’t even hot and ready. Never am I ever coming here again!!

Multiple terrible experiences at this location. Was told there were hot and ready pizzas ready to go before I paid and “it’ll be about 10 minutes” after the transaction goes through… 20 minutes waiting, I left without my pizza. Many other frustrated patrons with online orders not fulfilled even though they were sent a message saying that they were ready for pickup. Some even being told that their orders would not be fulfilled at all. Will NEVER return to this location.

My recent experience at Little Caesar's Pizza was rather underwhelming, leading me to give it a 2-star rating. While the pizza itself was passable, the accompanying breadsticks left much to be desired. For some reason, they were surprisingly tasteless, lacking the flavor and satisfaction one would expect from a simple side item.One of the major letdowns was the inconsistency between the closing hours listed on the website and the actual closing time of the restaurant. It became apparent that the establishment frequently closes much earlier than advertised, attributing this inconvenience to being short-staffed. In terms of the pizza, it was just okay--nothing exceptional. However, the disappointing quality of the breadsticks and the unreliable closing hours significantly impacted the overall dining experience. Little Caesar's Pizza may be a quick and affordable option, but the lackluster aspects of my visit have left me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. A 2-star rating reflects the subpar experience and the need for improvement in various aspects of the restaurant's operation and food quality.

Although they said they have "Hot and Ready" pizza available until closing, they didn't tonight. Stopped-in 20 minutes before closing...no pizza and the ovens were off so they couldn't even make a fresh one. Guy behind the counter was totally unapologetic and couldn't have cared less.

This place is very poorly run. I waited an hour after my ETA pick up time and when they finally gave me "food" it was the wrong pizza. They gave me a cheaper option that was sitting in the hot and ready section the whole time. So it was cold and old. If you come here you are a fool.

Placed order at 7:55 Sunday night. Arrive at 8:20 to find out “they ran out of dough”. Always nice to have dinner plans change at 8:30 Sunday night.

I ordered a Detroit style Supreme pizza online. When I went to pick it up, the tracking site said it was being boxed up.I waited for 25 minutes after I got there and finally had to ask if they had the pizza. The attached photo shows what I got when I opened the pizza box at home. IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Very frustrating. There was only one person waiting when I got there and it took them far to long to give me that horrible pie. I will not be going back to Little Caesars.
