We ordered on a weeknight for pick up/to go. The food took a while to get even though we ordered online first. We got a CHICAGO CLASSIC pizza and the quality was just not as good as usual. The crust was just ok and the sauce was way too watery and a bit bland. We also got the SPINACH THIN CRUST pizza and the flavor was also quite bland and just not that great which is disappointing. All in all, even though I typically do like Lou's, the quality seems to be getting worse.

I am so impressed with the management team at this location. They know true customer service. Greg handled my problem with such professionalism. I had tried to use my points for an order and it did not work. I mentioned this in a survey, the next day I got a call from John. When I finally got the opportunity to call back. Greg, the manager took care of it and was so nice. Our favorite Pizza but now our favorite management team

Spoke with Jeff he told me I need to order my pizza drained from now on?? I was not aware that was a thing. He asked if we may have dropped the pizza to cause this. Again that did not happen. Not a great response from management. Greg was not in he handled the situation much more professionally last time this occurred.

This location just does take out. Ordered takeout medium deep dish pepperoni and spinach pizza. Pizzas were ready on time and tasted great! I still prefer the crust from Gino's and the sauce from Giordano, but this wasn't bad!
Service here is rude. I was waiting for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though I arrived at my pick up time and there was no customer waiting in line. Two middle aged guys at the counter were chit chatting and refused to see me.

Lou Malnati's is one of my favorite pizza places, and when I saw they had a new limited time pizza, I just had to try it! It did not disappoint! Got the thin crust because that's my preference but they also have it in deep dish! Try it out before it's gone!
