Last few times my family went for breakfast we had to deal with a rude, older mexican worker. She was always there, and always had a bitter tone as she took our orders.Food was missing EVERY time she ‘assisted’ us.. Then she had the audacity to argue with me and call us liars when we asked for our missing food, we had to get help from another worker to finally get our order.You disrespected my family and I’m sure many others, give your job to someone who deserves and can perform it!

I have come to expect that there will always be something wrong when getting food from this location. i always check my order before I leave drive thru or if they ask me to park I ask them to stay while I check. They broke their record on things wrong when I went Sunday, 11/12/23. Started when they handed me one happy meal and they forgot the fries. Second Happy meal I had to ask for milk I ordered. I ordered 3 meals, one was a large, they forgot the large fries. I also had to ask them for BBQ sauce I ordered. They did remember ranch. I didn't check the beverages and one was supposed to be Dr. Pepper. It was not. All were cokes and one had no ice. Needless to say I won't go into detail how cold everything was. It wasn't busy when I went so fries were not even close to fresh and not even slightly warm. To top it off it appeared that manager was there watching employees. McDonald's you need to improve your game!

Haven't been inside a McDonald's in some time. They are really using the game. Not your McDonald's of the 80's for sure, but the prices aren't either. Breakfast is their strong meals in the line up.

It is the only mcdonalds that makes my coffee just the way I like it & it's still hot when I get it, but they always make me pull up to their extra window even when the person comes with my food & drink seconds later & I can tell it wasn't for the food cause it's never that hot to have been freshly made or the frys are sometimes a little old tasting. As for service, the one one cashier always seems impatient & if when you look at her with a smile & say thank you she looks almost disgustedParking: Difficult to use parking by entrance since that is where cards line up for drive thru. The line of cars block the cars trying to leave or trying to Park. So, there's plenty of parking but it's almost impossible to use especially during rush hour

Ordered curbside pickup through app. That went smoothly. Parked in curbside spot 4 and waited. Teen promptly brought order. It was completely wrong. I followed him inside. Waited and waited. The young teen walked past and I asked if that was my order when I saw the iced macchiato, he said no. Finally I called to a women in a manager's shirt. She came over and said the order went out. The kid that passed me saying the order wasn't mine delivered the order to my car. I walked to my car and checked the order. This time it was correct. There were a few customers waiting at the counter, but two were frustrated as I was with their orders. I was given the wrong order that belong to the other gentleman waiting. I was trying to tell the staff that I received his order, but it was like in one ear and out the other. Just a poor experience overall. I should've checked the Yelp rating before I ordered at this store.

I ordered a Happy Meal for my granddaughter. She chose a chocolate milk as her drink. The milk was warm and spoiled. Watch that the milk you receive is cold.
