7:50 AM, 10 minutes before clocking. I order, order gets done instantly and I'm back to work. I open my food and all of it is literally fresh, like the Hashbrown was at it's best. McChicken Biscuit is crispy (Chicken and biscuit) (PS : not soggy / greasy like other locations), the Mcmuffin is crispy and not soft and mid like other locations. My coffee was made right unlike other locations where it's just terrible. 100/10 on the food, I would've tipped whoever made the food and coffee 20$ each just for being INSANELY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. If every mcdonalds location was like this I guarantee mcdonalds would be loaded with traffic on mornings. Great day, thank you to all who worked at this location at this shift, keep it up <3!

the girl with purple hair working drive thru on saturday 3/23 at 4:00 pm was very rude and seemed very annoyed and aggressive she did not have good customer service and gave me and me attitude for making sure she had my order right bc she forgot to say an item.

I ordered no pickle on anything.... I got pickle on my big Mac, such attitude reaching into my bag to get it out and throw it away to replace it. Don't argue with me. When you gavee the total, I even repeated the order to you and you were not paying attention, multitasking with something (inventory maybe?) and You should have confirmed the order with me, but I told you a minimum of TWICE no pickle, and you had to give me attitude saying I didn't say no pickle. I read the text. it clearly said no pickle.

They have no signs, but they don't take $50 bills. Apparently, they haven't figured out how to use the same markers everybody else has. Order was almost $50, but wouldn't take it anyway. Fix this dump corporate McDonalds.

I went for breakfast around 8:10am..My entire order was fresh even down to the sweetness of the tea. This location made breakfast at McDonald's hit different!!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff they have! Even the lady who took my order was happy to take my order!

I recently visited a McDonald's location, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The service I received was nothing short of terrible, with rude employees and a lack of any semblance of efficiency. The management at this particular establishment appeared to be indifferent to the poor quality of service, which only added to the overall disappointment.The decline in the quality of McDonald's food at this location was striking. The sandwiches were noticeably smaller, and the portions seemed to have shrunk, all while the prices remained exorbitant. The meat on my burger didn't even resemble real meat, and the salads were soggy and unappetizing. It's disheartening to see a brand that was once a cherished part of many childhoods now delivering subpar food.What's even more concerning is the apparent disregard for customers. No one should be made to feel like they're being treated poorly when they're simply trying to place an order. It's as if the staff had forgotten that customers are the lifeblood of any business, even a giant like McDonald's.While the issues I encountered are undoubtedly a reflection of this specific location, it's hard not to wonder if they're symptomatic of larger problems within the McDonald's corporation. It's high time that we, as consumers, reconsider our support for corporations that demonstrate such disdain for their customers. #CorporateDownfall

Service is always quick & food ok... But my girl Alma up the street at the Foxvalley location is still the absolute Best in customer service.. she works early mornings and really moves the breakfast line.
