The wine tasting with Richie was great!!! He is full of knowledge. However, dinner was another story. The food was mediocre with terrible presentations. We were charged for a drink that we didn’t order/drink. So look over your bill carefully.

We ate here with friends while in the area. I had the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and the chicken came super overcooked it was so hard to cut I gave up and just ate the greens. Not super tasty either.

-------------- this one was SUPERB!!!! We were headed for Panera Bread and spotted this place on the way. Five stars across the board! The best gnocchi/roasted butternut squash I've ever tasted. My wife had the BBQ ranch chicken - excellent. An added treat - NO CHILDREN.

For a place that features wine, the wine is very mediocre. All the wines offered are supposedly produced by them, which i think is misleading at best. The food was OK, a little expensive for what it was, but OK. The service was good and very friendly and helpful. I ordered a red wine flight, which was a good value, but the wines were nothing special, or even average. Overall it was a pretty nice experience, other than the wine being disappointing.

I was in the area for business, and met up with some family who made us reservations here (they are members of the wine club so they enjoy coming here). As a bonus it was very close to my hotel. It was a really nice place - there's a large area for wine tasting, and I settled at the bar as I was early. It was a bit crowded even on a Monday evening, so it took me awhile to get seated, but once there I had a nice glass of sparkling raspberry. Once I met up with my family, we had a really nice dinner - the pretzel bread was tatsy, and my family insisted on getting the brussels sprouts appetizer which was tasty. I had another glass of wine (a red wine with a hint of chocolate that was for me, the right amount of sweet) and some chicken potstickers. It was a good time all around.

I’ve eaten at several other CH restaurants but the Naperville one falls short in a couple of areas. Food was not as ordered and the service was sub-par. Servers seemed confused as to who was taking our orders and as a result we waited a very long time to give our order and even longer to get our food even though the place was pretty empty (4pm). Hostess seated us next to the kitchen and the noise was annoying with the food preparation staff singing in the background throughout dinner. I’ll continue to go to CH restaurants, but not the Naperville one. The food is usually very good.

We are wine club members. The menu is varied and special. Today I had the skirt steak. It was excellent. The most tender skirt steak I have ever enjoyed. My wife had shrimp and scallop risotto. Very good. The service (Alyssa) was excellent.

Had reservations (needed) on a Friday night at 7pm. Arrived early and did a 7 wine tasting. Very busy at the wine counter. Dinner was good with lots to pick from. Chicken risotto and Chicken angel hair pasta dishes were both very good, but too much food. Alyssa our server was friendly and helpful.

You can enjoy this restaurant and winery being casual. I have eaten there at least 30 times in past years maybe more and never had a bad meal or waiter. I love the wine tasting experience with couples and a girls day. Wine is your choice what you want and they will let you try all.

Went for Lunch BRAISED RIBS. MUST HAVE!!! Have a Cab, Suoer Tuscan or Barbera with it. the fourth One I've been too.
I am disappointed with Cooper's hawk because I had this happen to me twice I made reservations and I called just to make sure and then the person who took them never took the reservation. By that time it was too late to make any and the manager Adam was not nice or accommodating.

My friend and I celebrated my bday here yesterday it was my first time dining here. I really enjoyed my service from Brooke and the gentlemen who was training as a bartender for wine tasting. I can't remember his name he has a ponytail and a really nice personality. I really enjoyed the comfort of feeling and being treated like a special guest while dining and engaging in wine tasting. The food was very good and I can't wait until I return at this establishment....
