Although when I arrived at the place there was no one to greet me, the previous Saturday I went I sat at a table for two people and in the distance a waiter yelled at me that the area was closed and called with his finger for me to come to the reception, he was not friendly at all, but everything else was fine, being the first time there

This has to be one of the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The steak has no flavor whatsoever and the salsa was even worse. Was trying to use the salsa for flavor and it just didn’t work out. We also tried to add the sour cream and that didn’t work as well. For the money I spent I would have been happier with Taco Bell SMH…

3.5 stars. My fiancé and I are from the Midwest and have really missed Tex-Mex style food, which is hard to find around here. We gave On the Border a shot since it offers queso, and the style of Mexican food that we were craving. Overall, the food was alright, but not the best we've ever had. The queso was good (even if it wasn't queso blanco), the steak tacos were also good, although the quality of the steak wasn't as good as I am used to from other Mexican places. My fiancé had the Mexican rice and it wasn't his favorite. The salsa that comes with the chips was a little bit spicier than what I'm used to as well, but it was still pretty good. The service was great and we were in and out much quicker than other places. Our consensus is that this is a place we would come to when looking for Mexican food on this side of town.Parking: Large, free parking lot in front of the building.

Service was fine and we enjoyed the atmosphere but wow...the portions do not even come close to matching the menu. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas and I barely had enough meat to even fill 2 tortillas. It was 5 pieces of shrimp and 3 little scraps of steak. Absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. First time I have ever left a Mexican restaurant still hungry. I had to make dinner once I got home.Will not be coming back here.

3/7/24 The food quality has gone down a little bit as this is one of my favorite restaurants. We had a booth table and the floors was a little dirty underneath. They only had one salsa (Medium) no hot. The steak was tough and chewy. I will not order any dish skirt steak anymore. My sister food was a little salty. All the other dishes were delicious. I would isit again.

I havent been here in 2 years and the menu was fantastic, drinks were good, and the birria tacos were great and my quesadilla. Would definitely comeback and love the tequila chandeliers too.

The food here is solid. The prices aren't too bad.Went back and it's still good. Nothing to go crazy about but certainly not bad at all. Feels like good bang for your buck compared to other places in the area

Amazing place for dinning with family, friends or with spouse. Service was great. Food was really yummy. They have good varieties of Margarita. Try pineapple margarita which is good. With drink and food, be ready to spend 30 to 35$ per person.
