I recently visited the showplace location. During lunch time the restaurant was getting a bit loud, so loud that I wasn't able to hear my call that I was on. I decided to step outside and sit at 1 of the tables( non of the tables were occupied outside) so that I could hear. The call lasted about 30 minutes. After I came back into the restaurant, all of my belongs were missing from the table that I was sitting at on the inside of the restaurant. I went to the register area and asked 1 of the managers If she knew what happened to the items that were at my table. She informed me that she removed the items because no one was at the table and it was busy. Keep in mind that I visit this location often and she walked past me multiple times while I was sitting inside. I am positive she seen me sitting at the table when I stepped outside because I was sitting on the opposite side of 2 floor to ceiling windows( at the time she was continuously wiping down the tables in the dining area). After she handed me my items I noticed that some of my belongings were missing. I asked her what happened to the rest of my items and she informed me that she had threw them in the trash. She didn't offer to retrieve my items from the trash nor did she even offer an apology for removing my items and throwing some of them away. In addition, when I tried to explain to her that I had to step outside because I couldn’t hear my call due to the noise level she rudely looked at me and said “ it’s a restaurant” and walked off. I frequently visit this location and other locations in the area and many of the staff members know me by face and/or by face and by name. I often recommend Panera to friends/family/co workers because of their good customer service, their variety of food options , and their fairly decent pricing. As a loyal Panera customer I am truly disappointed in this bad experience.

Paid $10 at lunch on 2/28/2024 for the Bacon Avocado Melt. Way too much for this sandwich. Mostly bread, a small amount of bacon, plenty of onion, a few thin slices of avocado. A complete disappointment and cannot recommend this sandwich, or location, to anyone.

Everything is awesome about Panera though at a premium price.

We rarely eat at Panera because, although the food is tasty, it is not a good value. More proof of that with our first try of their onion soup in a bread bowl.Ordered to go, we did not see it until we got home: one cup (barely 8 oz.) of soup for a bread bowl too large for that small amount of soup, but hollowed out to perfectly fit 8 oz.Panera offers the soup in three versions: cup, bowl, and bread bowl. The cup is 8 oz. For $6.79. The bread bowl is 8 oz. for $9.19.But 8 oz. of soup is too small for that large amount of bread (plus the free baguette), the cheese was almost nonexistent (I think it was six short strands of shredded cheese), and $9.19 is too much for bread soaked in onion soup.

I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt from Panera today and got about a bite of chicken on each side of the sandwich. The cost of this sandwich is 12.19 before taxes which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality and quantity of the food. Ive included images of the sandwich i received. The other side has similar proportions of each ingredient.I went back and asked if this was a normal amount of chicken for the sandwich and one of the workers rather than responding to the question asked if id like her to remake it. I then just asked again if its normal and she responded the same way. I then said yes remake it and she told her cooks “one chipotle chicken avocado melt with more chicken than normal” which kind of implies this is just how they make their sandwiches. The second sand which was much better with the amount of chicken but still not a great experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for sandwiches as least as places like McAllisters or potbelly will give you much better portions of food for your money.

One of the nicest Paneras to which I've ever been. And I get around.

Ordered to go two orders of the pick two. PAID FOR THE ORDER. Then was later told the soup I chose for one of the pick twos wasn’t available. I have already paid for the soup and don’t understand why wasn’t I told before paying. I shouldn’t have been charged for something that wasn’t even there. Got replaced with a different soup that did not taste good. Got home, there wasn’t even spoons in the bag, usually if it’s a to go order, there will be utensils and napkins in the bag.

Haven’t been to a panera in awhile, figured to stop in with my family really quick for some lunch. All went well from the start until I received my food and asked the Bald older gentleman who clearly was the gm or some sort of manager if he could cut my sandwich in half since it was not cut when I received it . He went into this huge explanation about cutting my sandwich and how I should have asked for that while ordering my meal (I was never asked at reg. Also)during all of this he is holding my plate to the point where I clearly was just fed up to the point of if you don’t want to cut it and make excuses about it man just say it I don’t need to be disciplined on proper sandwich cutting requests when never asked.? I just took my plate back since he was not wanting any part of doing his job. I have been in the industry 23 years now, you just cut the sandwich and move on man, not argue with the customer about it instead and give off a bad experience. Horrible managing in this case, won’t be back. No wonder your reviews have been awful here since 2018.

I visit this location almost every week for my "Bagel Tuesdays" order, but they usually run out of all types except a very few. Due to this, i end up choosing from the remaining ones. The service is no doubt is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy to hang out with fanily/friends or even work on your school/office projects. Youngsters like to hang out at this location before or after watching a movie at the AMC Naperville 16, which is walking distance from here. Great location!

I come here in the evenings and there's a manager named Steve that hassasses me about parking my car when it's raining outside and I've never seen this person give anyone else a hard time about parking in the front. Please terminate this employee.

They don’t have the cups out so what’s the point of ordering at the kiosk when you have to wait in line anyway. Waited for a cup to find out they’re out of both regular coffees.

Great location. Soup was warm, not hot, almost cold. Bottled water was also warm. Pick-up counter person was not very friendly, snobbish, won't apologize for their mistake. The closest Panera from where I live but won't be coming back here.

We waited 37 minutes for a bowl of Mac and cheese and a green goddess caprese melt, my husband was very late getting back to work because of this.

They always forget stuff. It's all microwaved frozen food anyway. Even the dough comes pre-processed, ready to bake.
